“After a long, lackluster day of a birthday—I went to Lulu cafe. And it was the best way possible to conclude my birthday last night. The vibe was really chill and energetic at the same time. The staff as well as the customers just made it a wonderful place to celebrate with my friends. The karaoke rooms had great sound quality and everything about it was designed for a good time. I will definitely be back. Everyone was dancing and getting hyped, even if they were just sitting down and drinking. It was like being on an episode of Adventure Time. High energy, humorous and just solid times.“

“If you are gluten intolerant this may be the beer for you. I have been gluten intolerant for 13 years now. I used to enjoy a beer here and there. Some of the gluten free ones out there are eh, at best. This beer has a full body taste. I did not have any issues drinking it. Now, that being said if you are gluten intolerant you must know yourself really well. It may not be for you, but than again it may. I am just excited that I had no issues and enjoyed a full tasting beer!“

The shop works with its customers for their mutual benefit (revenue for the shop, service for the customer), as it should be, not biasing the transaction to either party. The service crew is warm, friendly, and helpful. I hope that I have found my new LBS for supporting my bicycling habit. Love that they incorporate a coffee shop & brewery into their operation too.“

I think it is important that we keep a variety some of these Country Music artists are absolutely amazing. To name a few Melissa Quinn Fox, Sela Campbell, and many more. “Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“Not sure how to graciously ask this question, but I am usually taken back when I see foodies without prices on their menu. It makes me think those preparing the menu may be arrogant to believe that price means nothing to patrons. Price matters. Are foods and drinks priced too high to be transparent? Are all patrons so well off that price to them really does not matter? I will sometimes pass over a place if they hide their prices, just because there are so many others that do not hide them. The atmosphere just by itself deserves a reluctant visit.“

“One of my favorite restaurants and my go-to place when I want Asian food. I crave the ramen here; it is that good! The place is well decorated and the bar is super cool. They also have a specialty menu that changes regularly and brunch options on the weekend so there's always new items to try. Their drinks are good too, especially the warmed options! I always recommend this place to anyone traveling through Old Town Manassas area.“

“After hearing of Bunnyman for months, I decided to hit it up with a few friends on a Friday night. It did not disappoint at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is serene with great music. The music volume is perfect too so you can still socialize without having to shout. My favorite amenities though, are the self-pour feature, the diversity of beer flavors, and the ease of paying. The taps are really easy to use and to keep track of how much your bar tab is accumulating. On top of that, you don't have to wait at all for a refill- just head on up to the tap and pour, amazing system! The Irish Red beer was my go-to, and it was very pleasing to see that on tap when it's not actually Oktoberfest season, (I can never seem to find it most times of the year). We will all definitely be back, as well as looking forward to visiting their Lorton location! Keep up the great work and the awesome selection of beers, mad props!“

“I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.“

“We CAN NOT say enough about Alison and her little team- it’s amazing what creative and scrumptious cakes come out of that little team! We were so pleased with our wedding cake; the flavors, texture, and uniqueness of what she delivered! The cake received rave reviews from all our guests & it was just stunning! Alison further accommodated our distant guests who joined us via Zoom and helped us send them some goodies and treats via a celebration box! Further, she even recommended our caterer and helped calm some anxious nerves about the dynamics of planning a wedding during a world pandemic! I can NOT recommend this little bake shop enough; Alison will be our go to baker for all our cake needs! PS- we highly recommend the funfetti with yuzu blackberry buttercream, and raspberry filling! Very friendly owners, John and his wife greeted us as soon as we came in; they were happy to explain the menu to us and our options.

I ordered the BYOS (build your own sub), I chose a sub roll stuffed with grilled chicken, hot peppers, lettuce tomato and fresh mozzarella, with Italian seasoning and Balsamic vinegar. I was not disappointed, the sandwich was stuffed with deliciousness!
My wife ordered the Crazy Italian stuffed with capicola, mortadella, pepperoni & salami, she added lettuce, hot peppers and vinegar and oil; she loved it, but couldn't finish it!! We ended our lunch with a great brownie!
