“Had a rough morning running late to work after taking care of my sick son and husband. I accidentally ordered to the wrong Starbucks, but Ronda at this location was amazing! She made my drink right away, no questions asked, and totally turned my day around. Thank you, Ronda, for your kindness, I want you to know that it meant so much!“

“It's starbucks, so mostly what you'll expect of a starbucks. But I've always found that the weekend staff is friendly and hard working.

And on a very busy day, I got to witness an exemplary moment of customer service. As stated, very busy - non stop orders and the staff was working diligently to get those orders done. A young man came in and was unfamiliar with the pick up system. (His father had made the order and this customer didn't know you could just grab the cup with your name and go.) One of the hard working staff (wish I had caught his name tag) slowed enough to clarify the process and confirm that the customer could take the cup. It easily was a moment where staff could have been too busy and ignored the customer's uneasiness. But in the flow of work, this staff member caught the need and handled it with a friendly smile. 5 stars in my book. (Writing this review a month later because as I came in to get my coffee today the flashback came up and clearly that interaction stuck with me.) Moments like this matter. So thank you!“
