Starbucks in Charlottesville

“They know me by name here and never get my order wrong. The staff works hard so I make sure I add a tip on my mobile app or tip in cash.

Parking: Be careful in the parking lot and the drive-through. People drive through there too fast. There is enough parking but sometimes it can get full and it's a small area.“

“Went to this starbucks and through the drive thru. I knew I wanted food but wasn't quite sure what. Rocky at the cashier was super helpful and patient! They answered all my questions and even gave recommendations. I was very grateful...I would have taken way longer to order my food as I was getting another persons order on a call. They were great! Even though I didn't want a coffee they still offered me water and even loaded me up with napkins and hot sauce and everything. This Starbucks is lucky to have them.“

“I’ve been here a few times just for one thing—a Matcha Latte. The customer service is always great, and the staff is super friendly, but they really need to work on their matcha game. Every time I order, I end up with chunks of matcha in my drink, and let’s be real, that’s disgusting. As a former barista, I know it’s an easy fix, so please show the team how to properly mix it!😅“

“My husband and I love going here when we walk around UVA and the corner. The staff here are extremely nice and they continuously make the best Starbucks in town. They take the time to make sure the drinks are made correctly and well, and it shows. It's always a pleasure going here“

“Pink drink is delicious and includes strawberries on top!Both Bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and gender neutral.

Parking: Plenty of parking little under 30 parking spots with crosswalks and two wheelchair accessible ramps from both directions.

“I mean it is Starbucks ??‍♂️. The only thing about this place is most of the time I see only one person working there, which is understandable because it is slow most of the time, but sometimes it gets busy and they don't seem to be prepared.“

“The service was good but I don't understand why some tables couldn't be out for customers. There is plenty of space to accommodate social distancing. I would have preferred to sit for a minute with my drink and relax after hours of shopping.“

“I mean HELLO! Its STARBUCKS! Obviously the best coffee ever made! My favorite has to be the Iced Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of expresso! The whip cream and caramel drizzle on top make it such a yummy treat! Tasty snacks available too...chocolate croissant or a savory sandwich gets me through the afternoon slump!“

“This location provided the fastest service of any of the other locations in Charlottesville. My Honey Citrus Mint tea was perfectly made , and the dining room was spotless . This made a great first impression . I will return the next time I’m in Charlottesville.“

“This is one of my preferred working spots close to home. Friendly staff, fast wifi, and the space is roomier than most other locations and there is usually plenty of seating with outlets. Only gripe is that it is REALLY cold inside. The AC is continuously on full blast aimed directly at the seating area, so bring layers if you plan to work there.“
