“Great pick-up/ drive thru only location . They are fast and friendly; my only 2 priorities when I crave my morning cup!

Wheelchair accessibility: Walk up and drive thru only location , order/ pick up window adjacent to handicap parking .“

“They know me by name here and never get my order wrong. The staff works hard so I make sure I add a tip on my mobile app or tip in cash.

Parking: Be careful in the parking lot and the drive-through. People drive through there too fast. There is enough parking but sometimes it can get full and it's a small area.“

“I’ve been here a few times just for one thing—a Matcha Latte. The customer service is always great, and the staff is super friendly, but they really need to work on their matcha game. Every time I order, I end up with chunks of matcha in my drink, and let’s be real, that’s disgusting. As a former barista, I know it’s an easy fix, so please show the team how to properly mix it!😅“

“My husband and I love going here when we walk around UVA and the corner. The staff here are extremely nice and they continuously make the best Starbucks in town. They take the time to make sure the drinks are made correctly and well, and it shows. It's always a pleasure going here“

Parking: Plenty of parking little under 30 parking spots with crosswalks and two wheelchair accessible ramps from both directions.

“The service was good but I don't understand why some tables couldn't be out for customers. There is plenty of space to accommodate social distancing. I would have preferred to sit for a minute with my drink and relax after hours of shopping.“

“I mean it is Starbucks ??‍♂️. The only thing about this place is most of the time I see only one person working there, which is understandable because it is slow most of the time, but sometimes it gets busy and they don't seem to be prepared.“

“This location provided the fastest service of any of the other locations in Charlottesville. My Honey Citrus Mint tea was perfectly made , and the dining room was spotless . This made a great first impression . I will return the next time I’m in Charlottesville.“

“I mean HELLO! Its STARBUCKS! Obviously the best coffee ever made! My favorite has to be the Iced Caramel Macchiato with an extra shot of expresso! The whip cream and caramel drizzle on top make it such a yummy treat! Tasty snacks available too...chocolate croissant or a savory sandwich gets me through the afternoon slump!“

“Had the best experience today. I accidentally ordered from the wrong store this morning and the manager made my drinks for me at no charge even though I offered to pay again. They always write little notes that make you smile when needed. The batista are always smiling and talking to customers. It is a big change from a couple of years ago. I wouldn't have even walked into the door two years ago.“
