“I love the latte with oatmilk and brown sugar syrup sweetener and had a craving for such. I ordered in the app and was pleased to find the restaurant to be pretty new. My only issue was the lady taking orders was kind of rude, but it's all good. She apologized, I got my latte, and life went on.“

“The staff are pleasant. My coffee can be a hit or miss. As for the food I usually just get a donut. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese that was served in the bagel seemed like they just smacked a chunk in the middle of the bagel. The amount given could've really been used for 3 bagels. Idk, it just didn't seem like thats normal, to me, but if it is ... wowww Dunkin... portion control!“

The morning crew — Emmett, Ruth, Yamila, and Rachel — are consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ve been coming since February, and they never miss a beat. This team truly deserves recognition for their great service!“

“Hello, this location is usually always busy, and the employees and managers are amazing at their jobs. I recently visited Dunkin Donuts 7/2, around 9:30 am. I am the type of person to always have money in my account , or at minimum prepared to make a purchase. Today, I was able to pay about 3/4 of the check with one of my cards. And the other was declining, however, Honesty, a warm smiling employee, whatever her position may be, she said don't worry about it we have you today and covered a couple dollars for me. And I appreciate her greatly for helping me out with that kind of exceptional customer service. I will be a returning customer for sure because of how amazing and easy she made my awkward experience. I hope she is recognized for her abilities and skill. Thank you again, highly recommend this location!“

“Went for the WICKED tin, they were out of the special munchkins for tin. No problem. We got 5 powder and 5 cinnamon munchkins that were damp from air moisture and a drink. $18. I was disappointed in the donuts but I tried to ask for different and they said they're all like that. 🤷‍♀️“

“I have to give this place 4 stars because the employees are quick, efficient, and courteous. The doughnuts are what you would expect from a chain. It would be nice if there were more flavors to choose from...specifically, maple bacon. Come onDunking. Figure it out and give the people [me] what they [I] want. ?“
