Dunkin' Donuts in Chesapeake

“As much as I love stopping by for a coffee or donut, the inconsistency from visit to visit can’t be ignored. I get caramel flavor in my coffee most of the time, sometimes it’s way too sweet, other times it tastes like there’s none at all. It’s easily resolved by asking to remake it, but still worth noting. The new location is much nicer than the old one and has the “tap” coffee dispensers. Overall, there is nothing that will stop me from coming to this Dunkin’, but the inconsistency from visit to visit must be noted.“

“I ordered avocado toast on sourdough and a sourdough breakfast sandwich and none of the bread has been toasted. I am extremely disappointed, this could have easily been a 2 or 1 star but I know hard it is to find good help in this current climate but food quality has to be the #1 priority.“

“The staff are pleasant. My coffee can be a hit or miss. As for the food I usually just get a donut. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese that was served in the bagel seemed like they just smacked a chunk in the middle of the bagel. The amount given could've really been used for 3 bagels. Idk, it just didn't seem like thats normal, to me, but if it is ... wowww Dunkin... portion control!“

“I didn't catch her name but she had long black hair and a small tattoo I believe of angel wings on an upper arm. She is a complete blessing. For a pregnant mother with three young handfuls just trying to get her kids a treat she was a life saver 😭“

“By far the greatest experience I’ve had at any breakfast/donut shop in the area. The food was HOT and the cold brew was good. Bagel toasted perfectly, the food was still hot like it just came out of the oven, and the donut was good. Typically these sandwiches are room temperature at best, sometimes it’s a little burnt, hash rounds are cold, and/or the cold brew is not mixed well and all the syrup and sugar is left on the bottom at almost any donut shop in the area. Nothing was cold, food was very fresh and delicious and the cold brew was mixed well with the flavor syrups and cream. Thank you so much it made my day!!“

“Hello, this location is usually always busy, and the employees and managers are amazing at their jobs. I recently visited Dunkin Donuts 7/2, around 9:30 am. I am the type of person to always have money in my account , or at minimum prepared to make a purchase. Today, I was able to pay about 3/4 of the check with one of my cards. And the other was declining, however, Honesty, a warm smiling employee, whatever her position may be, she said don't worry about it we have you today and covered a couple dollars for me. And I appreciate her greatly for helping me out with that kind of exceptional customer service. I will be a returning customer for sure because of how amazing and easy she made my awkward experience. I hope she is recognized for her abilities and skill. Thank you again, highly recommend this location!“

“Super friendly staff, food was delicious. They seem to be out of quite a few things, I wasn't able to get the hash browns that I wanted but everything else in my order was available and great. There seem to be a lot of frustrated customers in there because they're either short-staffed or the fact that they were out of a lot of stuff but even though many of the customers were rude, the staff continued to be friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by their response to the hostility that they were receiving.“

“I have to give this place 4 stars because the employees are quick, efficient, and courteous. The doughnuts are what you would expect from a chain. It would be nice if there were more flavors to choose from...specifically, maple bacon. Come onDunking. Figure it out and give the people [me] what they [I] want. ?“
