Taco Bell in Chesapeake

“Want to give a special thank you to the very nice gentleman ( I don’t have his name :() at the drive thru window at about 1:30pm on 11/10/24 . It was the second time I came through and both times the costumer service he provided was one of the best. Not only was he very polite , professional, and addressed me by my name he also had a very positive attitude and made my day. I am glad people like that still exist. I hope he gets recognized by his superiors as well.“

“As Taco Bells go, this was one of the best we've been to in a while. The large order the five of us made came out exactly as requested (rare at Taco Bell) and service was super friendly (also rare). We got our food quickly even though the place was crazy busy. We would definitely stop here again when in the area.“

“Why is this Taco Bell so much better than any location I’ve ever been to, the soda always tastes right there locations that make the soda taste watered down like the tb on greenbrier soda always tastes flat and watered down, the food here is always really hot and the food here looks like the commercials they don’t skimp out on any ingredients, the service here 9/10 most of the time the person taking drive thru orders always has a great attitude and there’s rarely any wait time, I can’t speak on what other people have experienced but this is mine whenever I go to this location, best Taco Bell ever. “I love taco bell my good was the greatest tacos in my world ♡. I really don't like how you have to order your food on the computer ..I'd rather tell someone what I want. Mostly cuz I'm not use to the screen buttons. I don't know the cheat codes to get all the crunchwraps and soft tacos for the low ♡ and they blue icey is life.“

“Every single time I go to this Taco Bell I'm greeted warmly, and my meals are made correctly, with all customizations. There are very few times when they've forgotten an avocado sauce, missed a customization, or given me a soft taco instead of hard. Considering how often I go, this makes for an exceedingly small percentage of orders. This is the only fast food place where I don't check the bag.“

“Solid place. Good food. Legitimately the slowest Taco Bell on this planet. Has been for 20 years. I think there is a special segment of training at this location where they advise workers to make sure that that don't move any faster than my dead Grandma. God rest her soul. Food is quality for Taco Bell, but make sure your schedule is cleared for the whole damn day because one soft taco takes 1.5 hours to make. You'll get to watch the Great Bridge bridge open at least twice. I parked the car and walked to Kroger to get ingredients for dinner and made it back in time to notice the line had not moved and I was not holding anyone up. One time I was able to watch Forest Gump and make it to the part where Forest is talkin to Jenny under the tree and I was still crying when I got my taco..Anyways, positive experiences overall and staff is very polite.“

“Taco Bell keeps eliminating all their better food items and filling the menu with junk fast food. What a shame. This location at Volvo Pkwy and Kempsville Rd was cleaner than most and the food was prepared neatly, making it easier to eat in a car. Prices are as reasonable as any other fast food places.

Vegetarian options: They did offer a vegetarian burrito until recently, but they have removed it from the menu. It was good.“

“My kids favorite fast food is this place. The prices are great and my kids are usually happy with their food. At times they get upset because the food is messy and they don’t fold the burrito close so then it spills everywhere. They seem to forget to put ground beef in the burrito as well and I’m left with a vegetarian burrito.“

“5 Stars here. I LOVE TACO BELL!! Guaranteed good food. Usually good service. And, Pepsi Cola on tap.

My go-to is a bean burrito, no red sauce, extra cheese, onion and add guacamole.

I wasn't happy with the cantina chicken quesadilla. I'm not big on cooked tomato.

I was eating in the parking lot and when I needed to use the restroom, I needed a key (this is good). When I asked there was no thought. The lady who served my food shut the mgr down when he asked if I was a customer.

Vegetarian options: Just because meat is on the menu doesn't mean you have to order meat. You can sub beans in for almost all of it. There are also chicken options for those off red meat only.

Kid-friendliness: Always.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entire store is ADA accessible. Plaquard parking is right next to the door.“

“Ordered the Chullupa, and received COLD, STALE, UNCOOKED FLATBREAD/PITA-LIKE SHELL THAT POKED & CUT UP THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH!!! This particular location ALWAYS/ CONSISTENTLY has BY FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST FOOD of ALL of the locations that I've ever tried REGARDLESS of time day, speaking strictly as "JOE ANY MAN."“
