“Always a wonderful dining experience! The service was excellent-all servers were pleasant/friendly, but professional, accommodating, efficient, patient & timely. Atmosphere was pleasant with just the right amount of energy, enjoyed the diverse music at the perfect volume. The food? AMAZING!!! Haven't tried everything, but what we have was well prepared, seasoned just right, delicious & served hot. Don't let the word "Diner" deceive because it's more than just a diner. “We have visited Pizza Twist 3 times and never disappointed. We love the unique flavors and toppings. The pizza was baked just right-hot, cheesy, abundant toppings and to our specifications. “Shout out to Alex! I ordered delivery through their third party app. I didn't get my margaritas (and I really needed my margaritas) and my daughter's taco order was incorrect. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“

“Placed an order for a wrap and a bag of chips at 10:15 to pick up at 11. Arrived a bit early at 10:50 to pick up. It is now 11:20 and no order. There’s three other people who have been waiting the same time as I am for their orders. A dine-in guest arrive around 11am and has already received their food. There’s also food piling up at the counter but it’s not being bagged. More and more people are arriving for online orders and the food continues to pile up. Didn’t leave until 11:20, and my wrap was sitting there in the bagged food pile the entire time.

I can understand if this was the actual lunch hour but the store was basically empty(except for ppl waiting for online) when I arrived. Also, no apology or “sorry for the wait” or anything. Again, the Chesapeake locations of restaurants just cannot be bothered.“

“I must start by saying that I am a cupcake connoisseur as they are my weakness. I had a chance run in with the owner and her one daughter while they were in Washington D.C. after they did a wedding. In talking to the I mentioned my fondness of cupcakes and they happened to have two cupcakes of their own and they were kind enough to give them to me. As it was at breakfast I didn’t eat them. I returned home to Pennsylvania and ate them the following day. Thus they were now two day old cupcakes and they were still moist and delicious. I was hooked with the cookie butter and I forget what the other one was. I looked them up online and too bad they don’t shop cupcakes as they are 5 1/2 hours from my home. I do plan to go off course when traveling south to get cupcakes from them. These women are amazing bakers and great personable people. One class act at the top of their game. Thanks Dawn and Lindsey for one amazing cupcake.“

“The food was really good (Tour of Italy) and of course the breadsticks....always great. We ordered a bottle of red wine 🍷 that was delicious. Got sat at a "booth/table," which I didn't like, but they were busy. We were able to move to a full booth shortly after, so that made me happy. During the transition, another waiter took a glass of wine off the table by accident. We let our server know, and she quickly gave us another glass. We finished with the strawberry 🍓 cream cake....which was also delicious. Definitely recommend!“
