“Always a wonderful dining experience! The service was excellent-all servers were pleasant/friendly, but professional, accommodating, efficient, patient & timely. Atmosphere was pleasant with just the right amount of energy, enjoyed the diverse music at the perfect volume. The food? AMAZING!!! Haven't tried everything, but what we have was well prepared, seasoned just right, delicious & served hot. Don't let the word "Diner" deceive because it's more than just a diner. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“

“I come to dine here from the buffet at least once a month. Food is always fresh and delicious. I love that they have different dishes each visit. The staff is not so friendly, not rude or anything but they don’t say much and they don’t smile -no warm welcome to come dine with them at the door. Lol. They might come refill your water once but leave plates on the table -this plays a big part in how I tip.“

“I must start by saying that I am a cupcake connoisseur as they are my weakness. I had a chance run in with the owner and her one daughter while they were in Washington D.C. after they did a wedding. In talking to the I mentioned my fondness of cupcakes and they happened to have two cupcakes of their own and they were kind enough to give them to me. As it was at breakfast I didn’t eat them. I returned home to Pennsylvania and ate them the following day. Thus they were now two day old cupcakes and they were still moist and delicious. I was hooked with the cookie butter and I forget what the other one was. I looked them up online and too bad they don’t shop cupcakes as they are 5 1/2 hours from my home. I do plan to go off course when traveling south to get cupcakes from them. These women are amazing bakers and great personable people. One class act at the top of their game. Thanks Dawn and Lindsey for one amazing cupcake.“

“This was the first time I have ever been to a Mai pizza. I went to the one on battlefield in Chesapeake, and they were very knowledgeable. They kicked told me to create your own pizza and I could have as many toppings as I wanted. We also got salads. We got their little whoopi cake right? “Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. Everything was as expected, and I left satisfied. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊“
