“I love this restaurant. Everything about it from the service to the environment and especially the delicious food is incredible. It helps to either have reservations or selecting a time that isn’t as busy because it’s so popular. My family and I have been eating there for over a year and been back many times. We love the bada bing shrimp for our appetizer. And my favorite personal entrée is the spicy seafood. Here’s a picture of it with a wide ribbon noodle maybeI weither tagliatelle or papardele. Just incredible. Homemade fresh pasta. Five stars out of five for sure.“

“Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“We recently dined at this Thai restaurant for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the delectable Thai cuisine. The portions were generous, and the calamari fries were impeccably prepared with a crispy batter and a delicious accompanying sauce. The Pad See Ew was richly flavorful with a perfect balance of soy sauce, complemented by wide noodles and seafood, while the Rad Na was excellently prepared with a delightful chef's gravy sauce. The service provided was satisfactory, and the restaurant's ambiance was clean and tidy.“

“My mother and I split the vegan warm roasted local veggie salad and the vegan just egg Benedict. We really enjoyed both! The champagne vinaigrette salad dressing was very good. Great portion sizes too. Clearly labeled vegan/plant based options on the menu. Didn’t get a shake, but they do have some vegan ones. Full bar too, had an excellent cocktail (Thunderbird Margarita). There were a lot of families there at the same time as us, so it was a bit loud, but fit the diner vibe.“

“A friend and I meet at Theisman's restaurant for lunch quite often. I live in Alexandria and she lives in Warrenton so it's a great middle point. We both love the food and the hostesses and waitstaff are excellent. The atmosphere is nice.. the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the music in there was so loud. We decided to sit on the porch thinking it would be quieter and it was such a beautiful day... unfortunately the music was extremely loud out there too and seemed to increase in volume as we were out there for about 2 hours. I noticed a few other people were saying that it was so loud too. We should have said something to the hostess but we had not seen each other in awhile. Wonderful place, but people do want to be able to talk and hear each other. Hopefully, this will get to the right ears ?“

The asada fries blew my mind!!! I could not believe how incredible the flavors were, and that it was all gluten free and safe for me!!! “This hidden gem needs to be FOUND by everyone! Met one of the owners, Mark, in Pazzo Pomodoro recently who told me about Nozzo Pazzo. I have since fallen in love with their sandwiches the Bugs Bunny and the Green Arrow wraps (vegan) which I return to get regularly. Then found out they also do breakfast! After Mark described how they make the French toast, I couldn’t stop thinking about it! I had it this morning, and believe me it is melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The place is so beautifully set up, and the tunes playing over the speakers were equally awesome! An absolute must try!“

Having grown up in San Diego, we have been searching for an authentic, family restaurant experience for a long while since moving up the DC area. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. Service was spot on. Food was on point. We can't recommend this place enough. The birria tacos and quesadilla were fantastic. My brother also tried their lingua and loved it. Also, their fresh guacamole... Our food came out in record time and was absolutely perfect. The best part, and the reason behind PF Chang’s elevated level of service, is their Manager. He leads by example, going around to tables, checking to see how everyone is enjoying their meal. This of course provided us with the perfect opportunity to gush about Ty’s performance, professionalism and courteous conduct. This manager, through his leadership, has taken PF Chang’s level of service to what you see in five star restaurants.
