“The food is well-prepared for what it is-- very crispy and nicely-seasoned chicken, smokey green beans, and proper cajun pintos. And the best biscuits available at any fast-food restaurant, bar none.

The leg and thigh in my 2-piece dinner were incredibly tiny, though. Not sure where they source their chickens, but I've never seen one in a grocery store with parts that small :-(

I used the drive-through, so I didn't check out the inside. The staff at the windows were very nice.“

“My husband and I first visited The Hotel Roanoke last year for a "mini-moon" after our marriage. This year, we revisited for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. To add to the festivities, we dine our first night at The Regency Room. The food is spectacular. The music is amazing. The environment is breath taking. The service is out-of-this-world! Would like to take a moment to thank the host for his hospitality, kindness and going out of his way to make each guest feel special. The second night of our trip he saw us walk by the dining room and followed us to the elevator to say "Hello" and to "Come see him again." I am still so impressed and touched by the gesture.“

“This restaurant is one of our favorites and we visit frequently. The food is always good and the staff are always kind and attentive. The restaurant is also always clean and presentable, which we appreciate! Jess (the manager) is always so kind and is a pleasure to talk with. She made our family feel super special during lunch today and we really appreciate her kindness. Every time she is there she always has a smile and genuinely nice attitude. “This has been a regular dinner spot for me for quite some time. The price is right and the food is consistently delicious, whether I get the pulled pork or their amazing smoked chicken salad sandwich. Their wings are so so good as well. I also love their wide variety of sides and homemade sauces, and the banana pudding makes for a great inclusion as one of the side options! The owners and employees are always so friendly and quick to make helpful recommendations to new customers who aren't quite sure what to try. Roanoke is made better by having Due South on its local restaurant scene!!“
