The inside was clean the bathrooms need a little bit more work, but what impress me there was the best customer service I received from the employee his name is Mink what I like about his service was he took his time to listen to my order he explained my order back to me if I had any questions about anything, he was able to answer with no hesitation no support from others and he was very polite“

“Went to a Cookout for the first time. While it is better than a McDonald's or Burger King that was primarily during to their milkshakes. I ordered a burger with fries and onion rings. I would rank the fries one, burger two and onion rings three. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets and my son his burger. While there isn’t a Cookout up in the New England area if I ran across one during my travels I would stop in again.“

“ABSOLUTELY a MUST!! The steak and shrimp was off the charts... had to stop myself from finishing it, just so I could have some for later!! Wife had the Catfish...let me tell ya...2 pieces, 10 inches long and 4 wide!!! Melts in your mouth. Our waitress ( Tea ) had the best personality and attitude, truly the best eating experience I've had hands down. So great to catch places like this... take the trip (40 min from home for us) keep places like this thriving!! We WILL be back.“

“As my first five guys experience I was very shocked at how good the food was. The burger was juicy and had nice toppings. The shakes were very good, but the fries were pretty limp and not crunchy and over salted. Would recommend overall though if you’re in the area“

“If you have a few extra minutes, skip the fast food corporate places and enjoy the quality food and service of Andy's. It's nice to find a place like this and return to a time when people cared genuinely about the customer and not receive a corporate slogan approved by a focus group.“

“The service is a bit slow but they look very understaffed so doing the best they could. The food arrived hot, fresh and welll seasoned. The rol was fine but I miss the old fresh made rolls Fuddruckers used to serve.

The atmosphere was not good. All tables, wall surfaces, the floor is extremely worn. The door to adjacent gas station was left open so the restaurant smelled of oil and rubber - not pleasent while eating.

Next time I will, call ahead to avoid the wait and get my food to go. Still a great burger!“

“Just ordered food from this location. Very impressed with the back kitchen staff. I could hear the manager loudly giving directions. Not meanly but assertive and confident in what she was doing and her staff was communicating. Everyone had smiles on their faces and everyone was hustling. It’s rare to see that from a McDonald’s these days. Great job and great communication with their team and with me the customer. They checked on me frequently and let me know they were working on it. Excellent job.“
