“Doesn't exactly deliver service as well as other Paneras, even when there's only some people there. The smoothies are only about half blended and they never have bread bowls for some reason, and it takes a minute for even just a cup sometimes.
Hard to fault the workers much, seems like all hands are needed in the kitchen. Still a totally fine place, especially considering that it's coping with double the crowd of an average Panera inside half of one.
Food's always nice and hot and tastes just like it should.
They let you fill up your water bottle with water and ice at the soda machine too, which is super kind of them :)“
“I live closer to the West Springfield location but believe me this is one of the best Panera locations I've visited. The atmosphere, warmth, and cleanliness is by far superior than the others. They even picked up our trays as we finished our meals. The layout is comfortable as well. Highly recommend for a cost-friendly meal. Great customer service!“
