I've never left a review like this but unfortunately the Hardee's in farmville, Virginia is awful. they really need someone to come in and train them on customer service. If you go through the drive thru they ask you to please hold and I don't have an issue waiting but the problem is they leave the mic on while they have a 5 minute conversation while your waiting and plus there is no one in front of you. Went to the Hardees in Farmville, VA today- Waited in line for 10 minutes to place order & finally someone spoke into the intercom to say "They were closed because they had no cook for the day (what was she doing there then?)
