“I ordered my go-to vegetarian chimichanga today for delivery and it was missing the queso (which is basically the best part of all the toppings!) My fiancé and I went down to the restaurant in person to obtain some queso, and not only were the staff extremely kind and apologetic as they got it for me, the manager gave me a partial refund for having to drive down for it! I was not expecting that at all, and it was unnecessary but very appreciated. I was already a loyal customer and big fan of La Parota, but now you better believe this is *the* Mexican restaurant I will be recommending to all my friends and family for their excellent customer service! “let me tell you when I say I love me some moes I am NOT exaggerating. every Monday you can catch me here getting some delicious dinner, and probably at least one other day of the week. inexpensive, healthy options, a variety of choices, and honestly some of the best salsa I've ever had (rotating seasonally but frankly the ahhhhhvocado was amazing and should be a permanent fixture). but truly what keeps me coming back is how kind and pleasant the staff is! Verne (I think that's her name!) always goes above and beyond to put a smile on her face and treat customers with kindness and hospitality. the same can be said for Stephanie, Cheryl, and Antoinette, who were working today, making it an enjoyable experience and frankly some of the best food service in farmville. thanks, moes!“

“I had an issue with my Chipotle bowl being made incorrectly, but Jackson went above and beyond to make things right. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. He also got his coworker CJ to remake my bowl, and everything came out perfect the second time around.
