“Nice Place To Go Later In The Night When Everything Else Is Closed But Last Night The Person Working The Window Dropped My Change (didn't even offer to get it or say anything about it) Then Return's To Say It's Going To Be Another 10 Minutes Due To Giving The Person Before Me My Order, The Individual Working The Window At The Time Didn't Seem To Be Paying Attention Service Was Definitely Not As Good As Other COOK-OUT Location's. (👎👎 For First Person Working Window) Another Worker Showed Us Proper Service Once He Recognized The Original Window Person's Lack Of Hospitality And Concern For Customers Order. “They served me coffee with a bug in it...Then only refunded coffee and not meal purchased with it....I wasn't gonna eat no nuggets and fries after a bug in coffee...The bag was left in fridge, being a consumer who uses wheelchair, I had difficulties bringing coffee in, and they never answered phone...Happened on 06/28/2025....I HAVE PICS OF BUG FLOATING IN MY COFFEE THAT I SPIT BACK....WISH I COULD POST ON HERE,BUT IT'S ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE👀👀#CHECKCOMMENTUNDERPOSTFOR PICS“
