“We love Monkee Joes but yesterday we went and ordered two of the same exact items (Monkee Poo Sundaes) and really disappointed. Normally don’t leave reviews but wanted to make them aware. Quite disappointed. Usually the more expensive specialty sundaes are a good size but we definitely had a let down yesterday.“

“It's really tasty frozen yogurt and a great selection of toppings. But nowhere do they post their prices. They have different size cups which implies it's not purely based on weight. But they still weigh the cups, so it plays a role in the price. I paid over $17 for two cups of frozen yogurt, which is pricey!“

“Kid-friendliness: It's hard to keep 2 kids seated when they wanna run around. It's a nice day and they wanna run. But it's not a 'kid friendly parking lot' so that is the only downfall. But other wise, it's wonderful. My grandbabies love it. I love the Hersheys ice creams and flavors and of course the kids do as well. But then they have to get that sugar out their system by running ? Couldn't try the coffee because of the time I was there, but can't wait.“

“We had Outside the Cone cater our wedding, and it was a HUGE hit with our guests! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they were absolutely game with using our custom ice cream cups (mini baseball helmets, like at the games!). We got Vanilla, Chocolate, and Cookies and Cream, which, again, were all HUGE hits with our guests. We've been to the in-person store a few times as well, and it was just as good there as it was at our wedding. This is one of Lynchburg's best ice cream shops, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for either a sweet treat, or a catered event!“

“I went there with my 14-year-old daughter. The cookies are good at 5 dollars a piece. Service was prompt. But honestly, I don't get it. Not even a coffee, no hot tea. It would have been so nice to have a cookie with latte or cappuccino“

“I was a bit worried after reading the reviews for this place, but after visiting twice, I must say the ice creams are amazing and the staff were very kind. It is a bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but the flavours are amazing!It is also a bit messy to take as takeaway, so eat quickly!“
