I just visited the Fredericksburg, VA Arby's location on Jeff Davis Highway. Like every time I go I was hoping the employees had gotten some customer service training in between my visits but once again they must have called out the day the training was scheduled for.
There was a young girl by the register getting 2 orders together and didn't say one word to us and then turned to get more food, added that to the trays on the counter and walked away again with no aknowledgment....read full review
