McDonald's in Fredericksburg

“This is the only McDonald's I go to in Fredericksburg. The site is always clean, including the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and professional and always has the food ready quickly and it always tastes fresh. It's a night and day difference between this and other McDonald's.“

“The early morning crew is simply the best great customer service and the food is always hot and good they deserve 5 stars but the only downside is they don't sell breakfast until 5am which I would love to have this early in the morning but otherwise top notch“

“I love the lady that works in the mornings. (African American)...She is so sweet, patient, humble, the list goes on and on! You all definitely need several of her! I have been through there and it seemed as if it was only her working, and she did her thang and definitely made it look easy. Thanks for being such a wonderful person and being so sweet and patient with folks considering the circumstances. It's hard to have no help and a line of cars in the drive thru. Continue to be great!!“

“We’ll run clean McDonalds with a PlayPlace. Staff and friendly and food was prompt, but why was there no changing table in the bathroom?! This would have been a 5 star review review but for the lack of changing table. Hopefully they can install one soon - there is ample space in the bathrooms.“

“came in on a quiet Sunday evening (Easter) and had placed a mobile order with a customized item while on the way there. almost immediately got a notification that my order was ready already, but it wasn't when I got there, and not one of the several people I saw acknowledged me as I approached and stood by the counter. not a great start. waited a bit and they did get me my food after a bit, but when I got to the car it was missing all the standard toppings/ingredients, and just has the two things I had customized, which is the wrong way to do it, and I wasn't very happy about this most basic thing, the accuracy of a one-item order. went back in to try to grab some ketchup or something for it, and mentioned to the drive through runner (who was coming back inside) that my order was wrong, but that I didn't need anyone to fix it, I just wanted to let someone know (like as a teachable training thing, because hey we all make mistakes).

we ended up eating in the car, and then a younger woman came out, said her employee told her about the mess up, kindly apologized sincerely, and offered to remake it. I declined as I told her I had already eaten most of the burger (and had told the runner I didn't need it to be fixed), but she pressed a little more so I said okay, and thanked her for offering to fix it. when she came back with the remade burger, she warmly apologized again, and I thanked her for her very kind service. so, overall a bit of a mixed bag on service, but food was fresh, and I'm very happy (and surprised!) that this manager/supervisor young woman took the time to try to follow up and care of things the right way. Hopefully she can get the rest of her employees trained up to offer the same kind of stellar service!“

“Man o man I truly have to say how refreshing jt was to get amazing service in a fast food restaurant today was . When I came in I usually use the kiosk because nobody is ever up front but Kamari stopped what he was doing to take my order. He was very polite and nice . I have a disability and he took the time to help me . It truly meant the world. The counter was clean , as well as the cooking area and bathrooms. 5 out of 5 exp!!!!“

“I sat here for nearly 2 hours relaxing today, eating my breakfast (which was HOT, fresh and delicious), sipping on the new mango pineapple refresher (which is delicious) and enjoying some down time. Not once did I hear crude language, loud and obnoxious talking, etc. the place is clean, peaceful, relaxing, and the staff are polite and courteous. This has honestly been one of the best experiences at a McDonald's that I've ever had in my entire life. And I'm 40 so that's a lot lol. Love this place! keep up the great work y'all!“

“Old building but very busy McDonald's due to being close to ferry farm elementary school. Service is fast, and food is standard for McDonald's. I don't ever hesitate stopping in here to grab the kids a few happy meals and me a large diet coke. Never ordered ice cream, so not sure how often that machine is broke. Hahaha you know.“

“Huge shout out to the team here!! we placed a mobile order. The drive thru was PACKED but moving. Our order was out in only a couple minutes. The mobile order delivery crew member was actually running the orders. Our food was piping hot and so fresh. Excellent experience!! Thank you to all.“

“I don’t know the names of the crew working at 2am on Easter Sunday morning (4.20.2025), but they were fantastic!!! Sweet lady took our order and served us at the drive through window…Super friendly and helpful. Food was delivered quickly and was fresh and hot! Nothing like a middle of the night Mac attack!!“

“This Mcdonalds was AMAZING! A specific worker really stood out to me and her name is Donna. She was the sweetest person ever and made sure me and my mother’s order was satisfying. She even complimented us! Her work ethic is flawless and she has the kindest soul. When she takes your order it is in amazing hands.“

“Came in for a late run tonight 02/11/2026 around 11:30 and the person at the drive thru was patient and helpful. The other dude at the window let me know the food was being made while I waited and hooked me up with some cold fries, fries nonetheless. Burger was hot and tasted pretty good! Happy with this experience“
