I like going to this location because it's convenient to the different places I'm headed to. Almost 95 % of the time I have no issues with my food or drink order. I have learned from past experiences, you don't leave the pickup window until you throughly go in the bags etc to see you have the right food or drink. Very nice & friendly staff. But have yet to get the correct order I placed. Always missing something or a completely different order.
I visited this location on yesterday evening and the young lady who took my order was respectful and nice. After taking my order, instead of giving me total she said “second window please.” Once I arrived at the second window I asked the young man what the total was and his response was “I don’t know the total until I cash you out” EXCUSE ME!
