“Ordered my food and could tell the staff was behind on orders. The manager was helping them get back into the flow of things. They took our name and then we waited for about 30 minutes before we got our food. Usually, I would just leave and ask for my money back but bc I understand food service, I didn’t complain and chose to give grace. My first job was Roy Rodger’s so I really wanted my food. It was nostalgic for me. The manager was very kind and he was also patient with his team which stood out to me. They finally called my name and were very appreciative and apologetic about their service and the wait. Everything turned out ok.“

“After the Strasburg experience, we still wanted Taco Bell. Went through their drive thru, didn't have to remind them of the Sunday Taco special. Was parked out of the drive thru but only for 3 minutes. The food was correct, tasted great and they included silverware, napkins and sauces!“

Parking: One row of parking on each side of the building. The drive thru prevents parking right in front of the door but is still close enough for anybody who has difficulty walking.“

“I wouldn't usually do a review on a fast food chain unless it was awful, but this is the BEST Taco Bell I have ever visited. The employees were extremely friendly on the intercom and at the window. I received my order in a timely manner, and each item in the Luxe box was perfectly placed and perfectly made. The ingredients in each taco and burrito were even distributed and looked like they were made with care instead of just tossed together.“

“On my way to Luray, I stopped to get some quick eats and was greeted by friendly staff.I placed an order at the kiosk and needed a change to my sammiches. (I'm a Mac sauce addict).They were more than willing to help me customize my order. Everyone made sure I got what I was looking to get, even if it meant making them twice.I appreciate the positive experience and am thankful to have such hospitable staff.Thank you again, and I look forward to coming back.“

“Great Panda! We’re in Winchester and drove to FR just to get Panda again! We’ve been 3 times in the last couple weeks and the food has always been fresh (it was always a 50-50 shot @ the Winchester store). Employees weren’t very friendly, but they’ve also been pretty swamped each time we’ve been. Small complaints about the service, but the food redeemed them.“

“Having dealt with the Rutherford Crossing Subway in the past, it has really had put a sour taste in my mouth when it came to Subway in general. We stopped in to this location in Front Royal today and I have to admit I am glad we did. The subs were great and our service was too. The gentlemen who made our subs were kind and professional. I'm happy to say our love of Subway has been restored!“
