“Clearly marked vegan options on the menu with helpful and knowledgeable waitstaff to answer your questions! I confirmed with the server that the fried green tomato sandwich was vegan by swapping in vegan bacon and vegan mayo, and this sandwich was slammin. “We love this place, the food is authentic, the owners make you feel like family and the restaurant is decorated beautifully and spotless clean.
We have made this our once a week place to go. Don't get scared off by the spice, they will adjust the spice to your liking. Every time we go I try a different dish . I just hit my 9th visit and everything is always unbelievably tasty.“

“We have stayed at the Wayside Inn several times over the past 17 years and this past weekend we were amazed at the improvements made. The atmosphere was great, the new dining situation was MUCH improved and the food fantastic. Staff was wonderful. The only drawback was that the air conditioner in our room, the Middletown, was a bit noisy. It woke us up occasionally.“
“Arrived mid-afternoon and found it easy to set up our Fifth wheel. Once settled we strolled into the brewery where David welcomed us. The beer choices were great and we enjoyed our burgers for dinner. It was our first Harvest Host experience and it did not disappoint.“
