“It's not the restaurant's fault that the property it was bought on and built on was/is surrounded by some pretty less-than-impressive exterior decor (the blacktop/asphalt/surface of the drive-thru and building appearance overall). It's not like it's a thing that weighs heavily in a review of a drive-thru order.
The food has been fantastic to the point that I felt it only fair I leave a perfect review as a result. Please keep this level of quality up. I won't go anywhere else for fast food in Gloucester if you keep this up. 😀“

“They did have to make the food for my kids twice but they were super busy at the time and my kids are picky and have to special order everything. Personally I don't like the special ordering of stuff but at the end of the day I am buying this from you so I should be able to get it the way I want it especially if I am willing to pay the up charges to make changes. But this is now my local Taco Bell and it is a good one, the food is good and the service is good considering the decline in fast food service you find nowadays this taco bell has great service lol. But alas it is just a taco bell when you want that fake Mexican food that isn't anything like Mexican food but you just want something in a crunchy shell or a flour wrap it is a good option.“

“I have made two trips to this location recently and both times had some of the best service! The employees smile, get your order right, and make sure everything good before your leave. Funny to feel good about getting great service when it their entire job. In today's world of bad fast food service, this Hardee's location shines brightly, my hats off to the staff and management alike.“

“I've always loved Pizza Hut. It was a family tradition and a treat to go once a month when I was a child. The food tastes amazing . I really like the fact that you can order your food, and when you pick up, it shows on screen how long it will be down to the very minute“

“I went thru the drive thru this am and had the most pleasant experience. The young man in the red shirt at the window who took my money was just so polite and friendly! I even said to him you must have worked at chick fil a cause you have the best manners lol he said no ma'am and thanked me. when I left I thought I would call the manager and let her know how lucky they were to have this young man work for them. I called three times and asked for the manager and all three times I was hung up on by a female who answered. That pissed me off! Here I am trying to call and praise the place and I get hung up on THREE times. That's just pathetic and makes me think yall are trifling and need to learn from the drive thru kid!!“

“I don’t usually write reviews about chain locations, but this one is top tier. I have always been greeted with a smile, and best of all I’ve been greeted with ✨new hire energy✨ There is nothing more refreshing than being given your order by someone who wants you to enjoy the food you’re about to eat. I don’t know the name of the delightful young man who provided this atmosphere, but it’s appreciated all the more.

“*** UPDATE: If you're going to blast a business, you should be willing to come back and say when they do something right. The mobile app is now operational at this location. I don't know whether my comments provided motivation or just coincidence. Regardless the reason, thank you for resolving this. *** The mobile app does not work at this location. I have tried several times to use it because of the promotional discounts. When I asked the lead cashier at the window if she knew why it wasn't working she said she didn't know. However she did not offer to get the manager who, may have been able to give a better explanation. I went in to the store and requested to speak to the manager. The manager said she didn't know why it wasn't working and she had asked her boss and the boss said it just doesn't sometimes. She told me there was a corporate number that I could call. Now my question is why should I have to call corporate to resolve an issue that they are aware of at the store and are doing nothing about. I have checked several locations within my area and all of the other KFC's are up and running on the mobile app. I am going to plan better and use a different location so that I may get the special offers that the Gloucester store does not seem to care whether they're customers get or not. I would suggest to the readers of my review that they take their money to an establishment that appreciates their business and tries to provide them value. This location does not care whether you get available discounts or not. If this changes I will be sure to come back and update my review.“

“We love coming to this Chick-fil-A location! The indoor play place is a big hit with my kids—they always have a blast. The food is consistently great, and the service is excellent. We've never had a single issue here.
I especially appreciate that they provide Purell wipes, which makes it easy to wipe my kids down after they’re done playing. Whether we’re dining in or using the drive-thru, everything is always fast and efficient. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone!
