“I ordered a chicken sandwich and recieved a spicy one, I went inside to exchange it and so glad I did. Manager went out of his way to take care of me. Super hospitable and even gave me a brownie. I will definitely be back. I had never tried the brownies but now I'm there every chance I get just to buy one. Thanks again for being the Best place to eat In Glouster“

“Tried going for dinner tonight and one employee made us change our mind. From the moment we walked in the door, he had an issue. Then was complaining because they were running low on bread and continued to talk about it. While we waited maybe 5 minutes that all he did, we are almost out of lettuce and bread, we are going to have to close. Then another employee walked out of the restroom and he told him we are almost of of fricken bread. We turned around and walked out. Usually it's a wonderful experience, just not tonight.“

“Came in for dinner and the cashier was new, no problem we can work with that. He was unsure of what he was doing so he went to get help on how to find what he was looking for. Out comes another young man who seemed bothered to come out and asks what. Not can I help you, what can I do for you just what. I said the cashier was having trouble so he went for help. Again, the guy seemed bothered. I then find out the guy with the bit of a chip on his shoulder was the manager on duty. I am not sure what the situation was but the first young man seemed upset and embarrassed by what happened and kept apologizing. I told him there was nothing wrong, we understood he was new, in fact it was his first day. This manager needs to learn how to deal with customers and be more respectful to employees and customers.“
