“I was at Grottoes subway at 7:00 pm Friday night on October 4th. The young girl that waited on me was excellent. My complaint is the other employee on duty went home. Leaving only one young girl there. She was trying to do online orders and walk ins. She was handling the job, but should not have been expected to work alone on a Friday night. Not safe..“

“A pretty standard subway. Almost no one there on a weekday at 17:00. Conveniently located just east of Harrisonburg on the way to Charlottesville. Could use a little maintenance in the bathroom, but everything worked and it was fairly clean. Food was good, no problems.“

“I just wanted to drop in and say that I have rarely experienced customer service and kindness on the scale of the Subway Manager, Colby - at this location yesterday. My car had become disabled on the highway and I had to wait over 6 hours on a tow. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome, let me know I was free to use the inside chargers, and not have to sit in my vehicle the entire time. The rest of the staff were hard working and kind as well. Can’t recommend enough. A+++“
