PJ and her husband John have created a place which must be visited to appreciate the beauty they have created in the rolling hills of the Three Creek Winery! Their whites, rose, and reds are indeed unique and delicious!”

“Enjoyed the wines here and the barn is beautiful. Tasting were $20 which I thought was a little pricey. They had live music that was enjoyable. We sat outside but were inundated with lantern flies. Definitely worth a visit.”

“My first time here, but this is the best place I’ve eaten in a very, very long time. My family of 4 Adults and four little children all had a great Dinner here. The service was fantastic even though they were down to one Chef, one waitress and one bartender. If this were American Idol, I’d hit the Golden Buzzer. By the way, aside from the great Dinners, the Fiery Mussels were to die for. Best I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty of them.….. to include famous Berthas at Fels Point, in Baltimore.”

“I lived in Baltimore for 34 yrs before moving to NOVA. I was desperately missing my MD crabs & old bay until I discovered Lowry's Crab Shack. Everything we've tried from their menu has been delicious, especially their fried chicken (just as good as is on the Eastern shore!). We highly recommend!”

Great balance of sweetness and very refreshing. The service was great and we enjoyed talking to the employees. Great atmosphere. We sat on the patio. And the decor is fun with the records and Virginia artists and famous people all around.”

“Omg! What a treasure this place is if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine. I picked up a whole Tiramisu imported from Milan (frozen) to share with my BOOKCLUB ladies after reading Tartufo. It was not cheep, but oh So worth it!! I’ll be back. The owners are very helpful and sincerely charming. I felt like I was in the old country :)”

“We stayed two nights at the Red Fox Inn while celebrating our 46th Wedding Anniversary. The Orange County room in the original historic building was cozy, spacious and well-appointed. The bed was really comfortable and the sitting room was perfect for sipping champagne and wine at night or enjoying the box breakfast and coffee in the morning. We were not disappointed with our room selection for our stay in Middleburg. Our stay was wonderful and a memorable experience. The tavern bar is also small and cozy but does not open until 4:30 PM. Only one disappointment was that The Tavern Inn no longer offers lunch and their dinners are limited to a rather pricey $125 per person 4-course meal offering since the ala carte menu was discontinued a while back. Without the ability to choose from a wider and more reasonably priced menu selection, we chose to eat elsewhere in Middleburg during our stay.”

“I had the best hamburger and fries at BFC that I have had in many years, I usually order a hamburger and fries at any new restaurant, because that's the best way to see how good they are at what they do. This place deserves a 10 star review...I ate there several times when I was visiting family in Round Hill Va. I've had burger and fries from one side of the USA, this is the best. The fries are outstanding the buns and burgers are great, nice clean friendly environment. Wish I could get a dble bacon burger combo sent here to Wyoming!!!!”

“I was there last. night (Thursday) and the Octopus was delightful as was my 'ordinary' salmon plate with their delicious veggies....The home sparking pink wine served in an unusual goblet was ample and perfect (a substitute for the more expensive Brut when they didn't have theirs cooled._ The alternative was just as good. I'm no connoisseur but I know a good meal when I'm finished. Food ample and the less expensive dishes looked just as appetizing as the more expensive ones. I want to try almost everything once....”

My wife and I finally made it to MELT in Leesburg after hearing great things, and let me just say… shame on us for waiting so long. Debbie, the owner (and now part-time head-bopper), greeted us like we were long-lost cousins showing up late to the family BBQ. When I told her it was our first visit, she gave me a playful bop on the head with our table number and asked, “What took you so long?” Touché, Debbie. Touché. Now onto the burgers… and yes, they deserve their own paragraph. I ordered the A Jazzed Up Swiss Burger — and let me tell you, this was no run-of-the-mill meat puck. We're talking Gruyère so rich it probably pays taxes in Switzerland, Black Forest ham that must’ve taken a first-class flight in, baby bella mushrooms sautéed to perfection, and a tangy smear of whole-grain mustard tying it all together. Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. Let’s just say she stopped talking mid-bite. That’s how you know it’s good. The vibe? Casual but classy, with staff who treat you like family (the good side of the family, not the ones who borrow your tools and never bring them back). And yes… in a moment of grilled beef-fueled euphoria, I may have proclaimed myself the Burger King. Debbie gave me a look. I instantly realized my mistake. This isn’t that kind of burger joint. This is a burger experience. Saying "Burger King" here is like bringing boxed wine to a French vineyard. Long story short — go to MELT. Go now. Go often. And when Debbie bops you on the head, just smile… because that means you're officially part of the MELT kingdom. 👑🍔”

“We love Jamaican food and to discover this Gem down the road was a bonus. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Winston who is so nice and gave us the best customer service. We tried the stew chicken, rice and beans, jerk wings, cocoa bread and boy was the food delicious and super flavorful! We will be back this week to try more dishes and the patties that everyone is raving about. So excited!”

“I went today for a Galentine’s lunch, and it was such a great experience. Parking was easy and accessible, and the restaurant is tucked into the cutest little shopping center. I’d never been there before, so this was my first visit. When we arrived for our 12pm reservation, we were seated right away, even though our full party hadn’t arrived yet. which was really nice. We were able to grab a drink while we waited. The ambience is adorable and quiet, so you can actually hold a conversation. The seating was comfortable, too.
We did the Sunday brunch buffet option and everything was super good definitely good quality food. The only thing I would’ve loved is some sort of crackers with the charcuterie options (unless I missed it) and it’s so minor but honestly, that was my only note. Everything across the board was delicious. Our waiter was also fantastic: super attentive, kept our water refilled, refreshed our drinks, made sure we had everything we needed, and gave good drink recommendations. I had a mimosa and it was really well-proportioned and super tasty.

“I build furniture and cabinetry, and the last few weeks we installed cabinetry near Round Hill, Virginia. We tried a few places in the area for lunch, and then visited this place for a sandwich. The food was so good, we abandoned all the other spots and ate here for the next five days. My only issue, as it was cold outside, is that there is no place to eat inside these days. Perhaps bring a few tables back for this purpose. Favorite sandwich: turkey, havarti, pickles, on sourdough bread.”

“I love the tea, the staff is great. They have some really good varieties of teas. They always have samples out so you can try the tea. They are pricey but I think that's because of the way that they source things, plus they also use really nice cups and packaging. The furniture in there is beautiful. I think the whole thing is a very nice experience. They also do tastings, which is a good activity for a few people to do together.”
