“Honest review. Employees and delivery drivers seem really nice and courteous. Always a clean store when visited and deliveries always on time and or a little early. Food almost always good except 2 times yesterday when I ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch and after 1 slice couldn't eat anymore as to it was tough to chew almost rubbery and a little to greasy so after 1 slice I ate no more of it and didnt want to complain cause hey it happens sometimes and had to get back to work, and an honest mistake where I ordered a philly papadia and put online no onions or peppers and when recieved at work it had onions and peppers. I called the store and guy I talked to was cool about it offered me either a replacement which didn't have time for as to i was on lunch at work or 20 percent of next order which I never used and forgot about, but all other times A quality and service. Mistakes happen and atleast they try to fix it. Quality food and service would recommend this location“

“Top notch first visit to this actually very nice looking Subway. Service was absolutely exceptional when I came here a few days ago, as well as the food. The place is very clean and cared for very nicely. Overall, a fantastic experience.

“Stop at Wendy's today. This location was clean and the food was good. The food was served fast ( there wasn't anyone there at the time.) The fries were fresh (better than usual). I like the drink machine with all the different flavors.“

“I have loved visiting this Chick-fil-A recently. The staff are always so kind to me and my kids. It feels like a little family there. The gentleman working the dining room is wonderful. He remembered us when we came back and talks to the kids and is very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great team and loving atmosphere!“

“The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes.
This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.
They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th“

Vegetarian options: A large variety of fresh veggies, falafel and hummus. There are also grain bowls. And any option you can request the impossible chicken. Yummy 😋“

“I love Hardees for breakfast. I had their Blueberry Biscuits and a cup of coffee modt recently. The biscuits were so good! The only complaint I have is that I wish they'd put the cream and sugar I ordered in the coffee. So after the drive thru I dont have to find a place to park and do that myself before I head down the road.“

“The chicken sandwich was fabulous and my fries, fresh and hot. Even at an hour past lunchtime, everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The extra ketchup and salt were in the bag, the lady who operated the drive through was friendly and helpful. Best drive-thru experience in Roanoke.“

“Not often do you get an absolutely perfectly made drive through mobile order in this day and age, but this Wendy’s is SO consistent and always correct. Must be a good mix of great management and employees. Whatever it is, this Wendy’s is crushing it. Thank you guys. ❤️“

“Came in Sunday evening around 6p to get some dinner. Manager had Excellent customer service and was happy to communicate my somewhat difficult order to her cook who made my food hot and fresh.
For just these two ladies in the building working I couldn't have asked for speedier service. Nice place,incredibly clean. I'll deffinetley be back.“

“Overall this is a good Sonic location. The food is generally consistent and fresh. Sometimes a little slow, yet service is friendly. I like to enjoy a good hotdog occasionally, and they're pretty good. Not as good as the wiener stand, yet convenient for me. ?“

“The drive through was pretty fast it's definitely one of the better McDonald's around here the employees could be a little friendlier I get that they were busy but you should never feel rushed to leave that's why I'm giving it 4 stars“

“Have been coming to this Hardee's ever since they opened in the 70's. Always smiling, friendly faces. They remodeled a few years ago and updated both the interior and exterior. I've always found it to be clean and a good place to get a quick bite.“

“Been coming to this subway for a year. I have watched the employees turn over like swapping Laundry. I have seen first hand them short sandwiches when double meat was ordered. I have called from the parking lot and watch them not pick up the phone when the place was empty. I do have choices of other subways but this one is near my house. I have to hover over them to make sure they do their job when I order food.“

“I recently ate at this location and was so impressed by the freshness of the food, the service from employees and the cleanliness of the dining room. I don't often eat at Bojangles, or fast food in general, mainly because increasing prices don't often match the service or quality of food, but this was an exception, and I'll gladly be back. Great job, Vinton Bojangles!“

“The guy behind the counter was great! Told him I just had gastric sleeve surgery and just wanted 2 ounces of meat. I asked if I could just get the "extra meat" menu item and they did it. 4 meatballs for $1.50. However, you guys might want to rethink the wording on this sign ROFL.“

“Hands down the best chipotle in Roanoke, and my absolute favorite. The surrounding ones should definitely take some notes. The kitchen and food area is always looking nice and tidy..very clean and the food is always fresh. Absolutely outstanding management and just a great group of people here. “I picked up dinner for my wife and I here and the Subway employee was very kind. Unfortunately, there were no carbonated beverages available when I arrived to pick up my order. I had to substitute the beverage I wanted for what they had in bottles or non carbonated, but the staff was nice and explained what was going on immediately.“
