“Delicious food and great service!“

“This location was quiet and very clean. The cashier was polite and listened carefully as my mother gave her instructions on how she wanted her chalupa. I ordered a quesadilla which wasn't laid flat in our to-go bag. Also, it was poorly cut and was messy and difficult to eat. Not the cashiers fault but line cook could benefit from more training.“

“We visited the Restaurant for the first time on March 5th 2025,and the the restaurant was very clean,decorated nice and the shrimp tacos and beef tacos was Great!Can't forget our service!Will return and invite others!“

“My husband and I actually prefer Los Portales in comparison to Juan’s. However tonight was awkward, because after TWO bites into my delicious steak fajita taco salad we were splashed by the busser who was NOISILY bussing the booth to my left (and before that, noisily bussing the booth behind my husband). She apologized, but it was too late—I was grossed out and went in search for the manager while wiping my face and arm. Long story short—we were offered another meal, but just too grossed out to stay and eat. Our waitress was so apologetic and would not take a tip. We do like the food, but it will be a while before we return. Noisily bussing tables using a bussing cart next to patrons who are eating is a very unpleasant distraction and just tacky, PERIOD!“

If my food was ever missing an item he was quick to correct it without hassle . And for that alone was enough to have me coming back so often . I’ve recommended this particular location to several others whom also love the food quality and customer service. Restaurant is always always clean and quiet. I will continue to visit this location . “This is probably the best taco belle I have ever ate at. It was very clean, the service was excellent and the employees were very nice... I didn't see the name of the young man wearing the foot boot, but he was busting it to keep the lobby clean.“

“There was a young man that worked there. I think his name was Emil. The service was excellent, and the Emil was very pleasant And polite while waiting on me in the drive-through.

I told him that I used to go to McDonald’s which was right down the street, but their service was horrible and their food was even less digestible. That was there surly attitude. I will not go there again. I try to find out the owner’s name, but it’s impossible. I hope they go out of business.

I really do enjoy the service level at Taco Bell. The food may not be the best but they have pretty good burritos, and the people that work there seem to be so pleasant. I really enjoy it.“
