“We ate at the Goodfellas after taking an evening trip to a local state park. The location is right off the highway 66 making it easy to locate. The employee at the counter was friendly. The menu was easy to follow. There were many options to pick from. We ordered a medium supreme pizza. The pizza was ready within ten minutes for us. We thought the medium crust pizza was delicious. Ingredients tasted fresh. The cheese in the pizza was the best part. We also appreciate the overall cleanliness of the restroom and the restaurant's sitting area both inside and outside. We had a chance to meet the owner of the restaurant who seemed very friendly and accomodating. We will certainly visit Goodfellas in the future. We felt good supporting this local business and highly recommend others to visit Goodfellas.“

“Don’t get the razzle-dazzle large do to them putting in a small cup. Some time you may get the right size cup do to that you have two different prices one for small and one for large. Very up setting when you know what size cup you are supposed to get and know the difference. Especially when you go there all the time and you’re a regular customer and you spend over $30 or more in your ice cream products. Bad business to cheat your customers. There is know Excuse for this. I have been waiting days now to talk with the manager but they seem not will to talk about any problems you may have. That’s even so sad. I will not be going there no more .“

“Omg. The Cajun chicken pasta is to die for! Just wow! Hubby got the chicken Alfredo, I tried a bite and tbh, I'm glad I didn't get it? He liked it, but Im sad to say I wasn't crazy about their alfredo sauce, so im glad I didn't order it, but that Cajun pasta was AMAZING. I mean just wow. The garlic knots had a bit of overkill on the parsley herb stuff, I had to go clean my teeth after lol but they were still tasty! Definitely looking forward to trying more on the menu!“

“I am disappointed to find out that it seems that Farm Brew Live is phasing out Country Music Acts. I think it is important that we keep a variety some of these Country Music artists are absolutely amazing. To name a few Melissa Quinn Fox, Sela Campbell, and many more. I think eliminating does not do this venue justice. Plenty room for all Music. I love variety. please reconsider.“

“Absolutly amazing food and service. I had the chicken piccata with shrimp. It was to die for. The shrimp was perfectly soft, i swear it must have been breast fed or something. We had a server named mason. He was hilarious and super charismatic. He made the whole experience a lot better. He made me a mocktail from scratch. It was a strawberry blueberry drink with lemon juice and rosemarry and mint. It had a beautiful frozen lemon rose ice cub. I also had the mascarprone for desert it was perfectly balanced of sweet and chocolatly. The place was absolutly stunning and such pretty set up. Even my youngest cousin (4 year old) had lots of fun here and got to have great food too. Literally everything i had was super delious.

“Brew Birds is an amazing local cafe with fresh and delicious food, great coffee and a rotating selection of beers/ ciders. The staff are very friendly. I don't eat out during the week (only home cooked), so a Brew Birds breakfast burrito is usually the go to treat. I can personally recommend the Roast Beast, the Turkey BLT, the breakfast burrito, and the basic B. This place is my favorite part of the neighborhood!“

“We are so grateful to have Vint Hill Craft Winery in our "backyard." My family loves the historic atmosphere along with the wonderful crew and fabulous wine, created by Mark! Since we are members, we go often to enjoy our $5 glass and play card games outside with our girls. It's a great opportunity to be with family but also enjoy some wonderful local wines. To top it off, they throw in some great events ranging from firepit Friday's (seasonal), wine makers events, and special events such as their recent Veterans Day Dinner. This event was amazing to attend! We started with some bubbly and then went into a four course dinner, catered by Pampas Fox, which was paired with some of their greatest wines. This event was perfectly done and such a wonderful way to honor those that serve or have served. “Kolaches outside of Texas?!?! Of course one would find them at a donut shop named, Texas Donuts. Finally, NoVA can be considered, ‘civilized’. If you don’t know, Kolaches were introduced in the Republic of Texas by the Czech immigrants, and were adopted by the people there to generally have meat, rather than a fruit filling. As a Texan, I will say their kolaches were on point, and I found their raised donuts to be very fluffy and delicious. Totally worth the 25 mile drive this morning. Thanks so much for making me feel at home whilst in this Commonwealth.“

“Had the pleasure of Touring KO Distillery. As a bourbon drinker- this experience was fantastic! The gentleman leading us through told us all about the chemistry, how a batch begins all the way to the bottling process. To add an extra star, the drinks are phenomenal ($5 old fashion fridays happen to be my favorite) and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on each selection & they serve pretzels! 5/5 stars, very great experience I cannot wait to return!“

“I’m willing to bet that 5T Ice is one of those local gems that you might not be checking out enough. Don’t let the name fool you - this is place is FAR more than frozen yogurt, delicious bubble teas and coffees. I’ve been during the week and ALWAYS have to get the house special Banh Mi, but on weekends it’s basically like Christmas for your mouth. They have all of these homemade Vietnamese specialties and if you can’t decide, I strongly recommend the scorched-earth approach I used and just get everything you carry out of there.“
