We just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jordan—he is phenomenal! Jordan is truly the reason we keep coming back to this Chick-fil-A. He always greets us by name, and his warm, positive attitude makes every visit a joy. He brings so much energy and kindness to the drive-thru experience—it simply wouldn’t be the same without him. Worst chick Fila I have ever been to drive thru wise- employee taking my order leaned on my car into my window to get my order- when the order came out- the kids meals were in a different bags so I had to shuffle through- very unorganized- very disappointed
Our groups had 2 separate orders that dined in. My group had a birthday treat for me on my phone. The other group I should mention had 2 small kids. The employee taking our orders was new, oh and by the way, today was my father’s birthday. We put our orders in and during part of that time the new employee said he didn’t know how to scan the birthday treat on my cell, he got 2 other employees to do it.
