“This is hands down my go to sub spot. The Philly cheesesteak is the best in Richmond. I usually opt for the chicken or steak Philly with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, onions, Mayo, and cheese. I add a side of malt vinegar because why not.. The combination of their homemade sub rolls,seasoned meat, cheese and toppings are delectable. They also have fresh cut French fries and freshly squeezed lemonade. There is usually a 10-15 min wait time on the subs because they are toasted. There is indoor seating to wait while your food is prepared.“
“Jimmy John's is truly "Fast Food" !It's my go to sandwich shop when I'm in a hurry and want something tasty. I love that I can order and pay directly from their app. I usually order from home for pickup, drive 10 minutes to the restaurant and my sandwich is always ready to just grab and go.The store is always bright and clean. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you enter. Theres plenty of sandwich options so there something for everyone. The bread is baked onsite so it's always fresh. This store is in the Kroger shopping center on Staples Mill road so there's plenty of parking.My favorite fast food sandwich shop!“
“I got the Chicken Fiesta soup and the Jalapeño Holly chicken salad…it was my first time there. I was not at all impressed with the soup! It was MUSHY and Watery….however; The chicken salad was very flavorful….I didn’t have to add any pepper or salt (lol) and I ate every drop! It made up for the soup I had to trash…..AND I’m a picky eater! It was pretty good for the first time (and I’m basing that off of the chicken salad alone) - I will definitely try again though…but not the soup.“
“I stopped here after I read reviews, didn't want to go to a chain. Great welcome when you walk in the door, nice selection in the menu and decor is a museum with various pictures from different famous people.Baja chicken wrap was recommended and had fries with them. Was expecting fries be fresh cut there but they are bag fries, still cooked good and crispy. My sandwich was OK, not much flavor for being called Baja Chicken, I did like that my chicken was hot.I'll sure try place again during next visit & try different sandwich to see if it's better.“

“Im not one to make reviews, but this location is one of the best. The bread is great and some of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered at a restaurant. This is our 3rd year staying near by and using Subway for our Swimmer to fuel for his meets and I've always been impressed. One late night encounter had a conversation about my kid and the next night they remembered and asked how he did and congratulated and wished him luck the next day. We will see yall next year !!“

“No stranger to subs and sandwiches, but today I tried Potbelly for the first time at this location. I ordered the Italian in Original on White and had the most drool-worthy experience. The two staff people who assisted me were so helpful and kind. I got the savory broccoli cheddar soup in a cup, and a decadent smores cookie. Parking was a breeze too!“
“I heard that they had gluten free bread and was looking forward to trying it. I went in and asked for the gluten free bread. The server changed his gloves after he had any contact with any other bread after this. The next server was informed of this and changed his gloves as well. The original server got a knife out of the back that was cleaned appropriately and the knife was used for the rest of my service there with no contamination of any gluten products! I really appreciated this and I will forever recommend this restaurant!!! Also, the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Thank you!“

“Cupertino's has some of the best bagels you can find in west end Richmond! I've had the oppportunity to try the poppyseed, garlic, sesame seed and (on my recent venture) the egg bagel! Which was really really good! I got it with the chive cream cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomato. Highly recommend. I also tried their Manhattan sandwich. Something seemed like it was missing. The coleslaw and meat was good but it needed one more thing with it. Fries on the side were average. Not bad, not breathtaking. And finally a piece of Crumb Cake for dessert- oh my goodness. Moist and the perfect amount of sweet. I'll be back to explore more of the menu!“
