“Superb authentic Indian food. The real taste of south Indian cuisines, well cooked and every item on the Buffet was tasty. The staff greet you with a smile and really take care of your choice of food and also give their suggestions to try other dishes too. They had mild, medium and high spicy foods displayed in the buffet. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and looked very hygienic. I would highly recommend this restaurant, a must try, if you like Indian food. I will certainly go there again. Thanks a million, Keep it up.”

“This is the best Ethiopian food (and some of the best food) I've ever had. It's fresh and flavorful, and all of the meat dishes we had were so tender. We tried several veggie and meat options and they were all outstanding. My husband and I love Ethiopian food, so we took our family members who were visiting from out of town and they said it was the highlight of their entire 3 week trip. Service was friendly and very helpful (we ended up just asking them bring whatever they wanted to serve us based on our allergies and aversions). The options were very authentic - from the apps, to the Ethiopian beer, honey wine, and coffee (which they even served it with rue). They also gave us a spicy pepper sauce (upon request for the hottest thing they had), and that was incredible. It is made in house (it's not berbere, mitmita, or awaze. I think it started with a "D", at least the English pronunciation). I would buy it by the jar if available! There was plenty of parking, and we went between a trip to the Udva-Hazy Air & Space and Great Falls. It was the perfect day.”

“I had a very large order for a birthday celebration, thus a to-go order. One of the families had just returned from living in Japan for several years. The quality and creative selections were so good that they were even impressed. I ordered just a little more than I needed, but the sushi boats were much generous than expected, so we had very nice leftovers to enjoy. Everything was packed and carefully, and the platters were beautifully arranged; it almost felt bad to eat them and ruin the artwork. We will definitely be back!”

“I dropped in for some beef brisket, and the team nailed every dimension of my meal. The brisket was tender, the mac and cheese rich and fresh, and the customer service (special shootout to Ellie and Nathan) was top tier. This place is my home-base when it comes to consistently excellent bbq.”

“For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.”

“We had to pick someone up from Dulles Airport in virginia and had about an hour to spare. We Googled nearby options and found this place just five minutes away from the airport. We ordered mutton masala with rice, plain naan, and a chikoo shake. We also packed a butter paneer masala, which was great. The food was excellent overall. The chikoo shake could have been a little less sweet, but otherwise it’s a great spot for Indian food. Those who need to know, this place is big, clean and has a good bar too.”

“What a hidden gem!! I was surprised that basically no one was in here on a friday night. Enjoyed their spicy Chicken Tikka Masala dinner special which came with a giant serving of rice, a lot of chicken chunks, and a fragrant gravy that was packed with flavor. The service is the usual order at counter affair and the people who helped me were super polite. I will definitely be returning to try out their other dishes and their other excellently priced specials.”

You can tell they put a lot of care into the food and it shows in every bite. If you’re looking for great Indian street food and comfort dishes in Northern Virginia, this place is a must-visit. “We came here from Pennsylvania, as a weekend getaway since we couldn’t take a big vacation this year. We came here for supper and karaoke. Carlos was our server and was SUPER nice and had a great sense of humor. Greg the DJ for karaoke was SO nice and hyped everyone up. They wanted us to come back. Everyone running the facility was SO nice and all the patrons were really nice as well. We really appreciate the service being outsiders and how kind everyone was. Even people I didn’t know would talk to my fiancé and I and had kind words. ❤️”

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!”

This is the best one out of the few in the area - the staff is awesome, the store has a nice layout and is always clean - the employees do everything right, even when super busy. Tropical smoothie itself is the best in general, though; I recommend the kiwi quencher!!”

“I came across this spot while looking for something quick but ended up finding one of the best meals I have had in a while. The chicken sandwich had the perfect crunch with juicy meat inside and a creamy sauce that tied it all together. Every bite felt balanced and full of flavor, not heavy or greasy like most places.

Then came the waffle fries. They were golden, crisp, and lightly seasoned with a flavor that actually stood out on its own. Dipped into that house sauce, they were addicting. You could tell everything was cooked fresh and served with care.

The staff made the visit even better with their easygoing attitude and quick service despite the lunch rush. It is rare to find food that feels homemade and comforting yet still fits perfectly for a casual meal out. I will definitely be stopping by again soon to try more from the menu.”

“Took my kiddo there last night and as soon as we tried it, we knew this is our new favorite local ice cream! Absolutely delicious, perfectly creamy and not too sweet. And then, the cherry on top: we ordered two more cups to take home to the rest of the family and we noticed that one came out with a much smaller scoop than the other. Wasn’t going to say anything about it (the scoops are very generous to begin with), but then out of nowhere a couple comes over and tells us they are going to get us an extra scoop. And within seconds, they did! We were too shocked to talk with them more but a little sleuthing online when we got home revealed they were the owners! This act of generosity and customer service made a big impact on my kiddo (and me) and cemented this place as our new favorite! Can’t wait to go back!!”

I was surprised to see a basket 🧺 way back in the corner for those less fortunate to take a loaf of bread 🥖 if you yourself are in hard times or even if you know someone, but it was empty . Although I’m not sure exactly how many loaves go into this basket nor when they bread 🍞 gets placed . My guess is at the end of the day or possibly in the morning . It would be nice to know .”

“If you want a real Italian sub then this is the place to go. This is one of our absolute favorite spots and we haven’t been let down yet. The Mad Italian is our go-to but you could get any sub and enjoy. Note: The Mad Italian is a huge sub, so it’s big enough to share with another person.”

The owner of the restaurant is so friendly and welcoming. On Saturday once again we went for dinner to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary with our granddaughter. We all loved what we had. “Super Pho in Herndon, VA, hands down, has the best PHO in the Northern VA area! The summer rolls w/ peanut sauce are fresh and always hit the spot. The PHO tastes so much better than any PHO I've ever tasted in the NOVA, DC, or MD. The serving sizes never leave you hungry, and the price leaves you happy to be able to come back, again & again. The Thai Tea is worth a try, and the service is always fast and friendly. I highly recommend everyone try it so they can see why we should continue to support businesses like this. I truly can't wait for Super Pho to open back up... I'm going through Super Pho withdrawals! Lol”
