“Our visit tonight was absolutely wonderful. Starting from the arrival where they held the door for us and welcomed us in. Our server Edson, was so pleasant and charming as well as very attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even wished me a happy early birthday when we were leaving. The food was amazing and came out quickly. That was nice since we were so hungry. We also had a visit from the manager Hector and he also wished me an early happy birthday and made sure that if there was anything we needed, not to hesitate to ask. The staff at this location are fantastic, we will absolutely will be back to visit again! Thank you for making my birthday weekend special!”

“For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.”

“We had to pick someone up from Dulles Airport in virginia and had about an hour to spare. We Googled nearby options and found this place just five minutes away from the airport. We ordered mutton masala with rice, plain naan, and a chikoo shake. We also packed a butter paneer masala, which was great. The food was excellent overall. The chikoo shake could have been a little less sweet, but otherwise it’s a great spot for Indian food. Those who need to know, this place is big, clean and has a good bar too.”

“I've driven by the Mission BBQ on Semoran Avenue in Orlando plenty of times but never stopped to try their food. Well, 800 miles away, there's a Mission BBQ right next to my hotel in Virginia. So, I asked myself... why not? Could this be a sign I should give them a try?

I walked in, and the first thing you notice is all the military and first responder memorabilia everywhere, which they support through fundraisers. Great ambiance, and the staff seemed to really love what they do.

I went with the three-meat plate with mac and cheese and baked beans. I loved the option to choose which part of the brisket you prefer...in my case, the point. Super moist and packed with flavor. I also added the jalapeño sausage, and wow... they were incredible! So juicy and flavorful. The ribs were excellent too, with a perfect smoky flavor.

The mac and cheese was perfect, and the beans were great as well. Overall, it was an amazing meal. I can't wait to try the one on Semoran to see if the food is consistent”

“What a hidden gem!! I was surprised that basically no one was in here on a friday night. Enjoyed their spicy Chicken Tikka Masala dinner special which came with a giant serving of rice, a lot of chicken chunks, and a fragrant gravy that was packed with flavor. The service is the usual order at counter affair and the people who helped me were super polite. I will definitely be returning to try out their other dishes and their other excellently priced specials.”

Carlos was our server and was SUPER nice and had a great sense of humor. Greg the DJ for karaoke was SO nice and hyped everyone up. They wanted us to come back. Everyone running the facility was SO nice and all the patrons were really nice as well. We really appreciate the service being outsiders and how kind everyone was. Now, coming to the experience at this store:

One major issue I observed was with the restroom access. The restroom requires an access button to be pressed by an employee every time someone wants to use it. I found this quite inconvenient, especially when I saw multiple people having to walk back to the billing counter just to ask for access. This kind of setup feels unnecessary and uncomfortable.

The overall service felt quite dry—there were no smiles, no warm greetings, and no positive energy from the staff. It gave off a very indifferent vibe.

Additionally, I noticed that all the electrical switches around the store were blocked or inaccessible. It’s a small detail, but it adds to a sense of control that doesn't feel customer-friendly.

Overall, this store gave off a very restrictive and controlling atmosphere. It lacks the welcoming, open feel that you'd hope for as a customer.

I would suggest Panera Bread. I have visited lot of stores and found them very customer friendly and great environment to have food,meetings,chilling.”

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!”

“My fiancée and I pre-ordered online as we were returning to Herndon. When we arrived, the restaurant had received our order but they hadn’t been notified about it, so they said it would be just a few minutes. The owner was extremely apologetic and offered us a complimentary baklava as an apologetic gesture. As the kitchen prepared our order, we chatted the the owner (Sarfraz) and he was extremely pleasant. We tried the hummus, tzatziki, stuffed grape leaves, gyro sandwich and chicken souvlaki sandwich. Everything was well seasoned, fresh tasting (even at 8pm), and reasonably priced. Definitely cannot wait to go back and try more - esp. since we live less than a mile away…dangerous! They’re admittedly still getting their feet under them as they JUST opened, but highly recommend giving this place a shot!”

Then came the waffle fries. They were golden, crisp, and lightly seasoned with a flavor that actually stood out on its own. Dipped into that house sauce, they were addicting. You could tell everything was cooked fresh and served with care.

The staff made the visit even better with their easygoing attitude and quick service despite the lunch rush. It is rare to find food that feels homemade and comforting yet still fits perfectly for a casual meal out. I will definitely be stopping by again soon to try more from the menu.”

And then, the cherry on top: we ordered two more cups to take home to the rest of the family and we noticed that one came out with a much smaller scoop than the other. Wasn’t going to say anything about it (the scoops are very generous to begin with), but then out of nowhere a couple comes over and tells us they are going to get us an extra scoop. And within seconds, they did! We were too shocked to talk with them more but a little sleuthing online when we got home revealed they were the owners! This act of generosity and customer service made a big impact on my kiddo (and me) and cemented this place as our new favorite! Can’t wait to go back!!”
