“Hm.... not sure other menus but hot chocolate and latte were so blended and tasteless.
And you better call the restaurant to check if they have the bakery items that you are ordering, otherwise you might ended up getting something else that you didn't order and want.
There is nothing else the staff can do or suggest.

They tried to call me and asked what was the situation.
I shared how I felt and they understood.
They refunded the amount of the items that I was not satisfied.
The amount was not a lot, but what they tried to fix the issue was right.

It was a wonderful experience with the manager Brent that made time to talk with us and Gigi the cashier gave us outstanding customer service. We’re from California and it’s not everyday you see people enjoy where they are working at and helping others.
