“I was looking for an African caterer for my wedding. I didn’t want Ghanaian/Nigerian cuisine as we tend to have a lot of those in the area. So I was ecstatic when I realized she’s from my home country because baby, anyone who has tried our cuisine knows they’re in for a treat. She blew my guest minds away. Mind you, it was a mix crowd from different cultures and races. They all loved it. She will set up a time for a taste test before your event so you can determine the spice level( i.e, hot, mild or none) and also you can taste the difference menu options she offers.
Her mannerisms is great, she’s sweet, no fluff, no BS, she cut straight to the chase. Personally I love people who are straight forward because as a bride the last thing I wanted to do is worry about caterer conflicts.
As long as you’re genuine and fair, you can sit back and relax and let Zainab’s Kitchen do her magic. She’s a small business owner and I hope one day she gets the recognition she deserves…“
