I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. “After reading the reviews I decided to just get the chicken and biscuits. The drive thru line was around the corner! I went in and walked out less than 5 minutes with my order. Pro-tip, it’s not a lot of people inside and two cashiers. Chicken was delicious with the biscuits, hot and fresh!“

“After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“

“I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often, but my grandson loves it—every time I take him out, he asks for Chick-fil-A and always wants their special sauce with his meal. That’s what brings me in.

There are a few things I really enjoy: the waffle fries, kale salad, and the consistently excellent customer service. Every location I’ve visited has friendly, respectful staff, and that’s something I truly appreciate. However, I personally find the chicken to be a bit too salty for my taste, so I tend to stick with a few sides I know I like.

My biggest concern is the cost. On our most recent visit, I ordered two meals and the total came to over $32. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but for a fast food chain, that’s a lot—especially when you’re just a grandmother trying to treat her grandchild to something simple. Spending time together shouldn’t break the budget.

Overall, Chick-fil-A is a well-run, clean, and family-friendly place—but I do wish the prices reflected that same spirit of accessibility and care.“

“When I walked in, I was greeted right away with a smile. I was able to place my order very fast, and they referred to me by my name when they handed me the order. They asked if I needed any
condiments and then thanked me and invited me back. I know this seems like their job, but a lot of companies are not making sure this is done.“

“Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back here when I back in the area to photograph bald eagles.“

I accidentally ordered some food on my mobile app on Halloween day and called to speak to a manager to see how to go about getting my order canceled. Mr Jose answer the phone and had a better idea he told me to go inside the store speak to the manager and let them know that I've talked to him personally and see if they will help me get my order at the correct location in Chester. “Nice place. The inside was very clean, bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The condiment station was stocked and the food was good. My only complaint is the temp. It was an average 85 degree day outside and dam it was cold inside. It was so cold the girl taking our order was wearing a fleece.

Parking: Plenty of marked spots. Easy to get in and out of.

Kid-friendliness: Kid food options. Chicken tenders were some of the best of the fast food chains.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair tables and bathrooms were set up for handicapped access.“

“I had the country wrap at Kenn-Tico Wraps and it was absolutely delicious. The wrap was filled with tender slices of turkey breast, country ham, and chicken salad. All topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo. But the best part was their new habanero and ghost pepper hot sauce that I added to the wrap. It was so tasty and spicy, it got me sweating. It was the perfect balance of flavor and heat. If you love spicy food, you have to try this hot sauce. Kenn-Tico Wraps is my favorite food cart in Richmond. They have fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a great variety of wraps to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch.“

“I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.

As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.

I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.

However, the employee assisting with the transaction had difficulty being understood due to a combination of a low speaking voice and a face mask, compounded by the excessively loud music. Furthermore, the milkshake order was not fulfilled accurately, as the whipped cream was omitted. This may have been a result of the aforementioned noise levels. Additionally, street parking availability presents a potential challenge.“

“We ate at the Mechanicsville location on our way home from out of state. I always order a chimichanga every time I have Mexican, which is often. I ordered one today with ground beef. When it was brought out to me it looked like a taquito ( a 1/3 of the size). A manager came over and was not happy when I told him that. He said that was their normal size chimi’s. To top it all off when I took my first bite it was lovely.“

“My family was passing through the area, and we stopped here for dinner. I saw several other reviews talking about the place being dirty and disorganized, but that wasn't our experience. Maybe I'm just used to some pretty dirty fast food restaurants, but this Taco Bell is definitely one of the better ones I've been to. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The dining room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is unusual these days in fast food chains with the ordering kiosks.
