“I got the Chicken Fiesta soup and the Jalapeño Holly chicken salad…it was my first time there. I was not at all impressed with the soup! It was MUSHY and Watery….however; The chicken salad was very flavorful….I didn’t have to add any pepper or salt (lol) and I ate every drop! It made up for the soup I had to trash…..AND I’m a picky eater! It was pretty good for the first time (and I’m basing that off of the chicken salad alone) - I will definitely try again though…but not the soup.“
“I stopped here after I read reviews, didn't want to go to a chain. Great welcome when you walk in the door, nice selection in the menu and decor is a museum with various pictures from different famous people.Baja chicken wrap was recommended and had fries with them. Was expecting fries be fresh cut there but they are bag fries, still cooked good and crispy. My sandwich was OK, not much flavor for being called Baja Chicken, I did like that my chicken was hot.I'll sure try place again during next visit & try different sandwich to see if it's better.“

“No stranger to subs and sandwiches, but today I tried Potbelly for the first time at this location. I ordered the Italian in Original on White and had the most drool-worthy experience. The two staff people who assisted me were so helpful and kind. I got the savory broccoli cheddar soup in a cup, and a decadent smores cookie. Parking was a breeze too!“

“I heard that they had gluten free bread and was looking forward to trying it. I went in and asked for the gluten free bread. The server changed his gloves after he had any contact with any other bread after this. The next server was informed of this and changed his gloves as well. The original server got a knife out of the back that was cleaned appropriately and the knife was used for the rest of my service there with no contamination of any gluten products! I really appreciated this and I will forever recommend this restaurant!!! Also, the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Thank you!“
“My daughter picked me up a meal last night.I was in the phone when she placed the order. I only heard sounds of pleasantries. I am big on customer service so I hope I receive the opposite of these reviews. The chicken was outstanding and the sub was magnificent. My fries were good but they didn’t fill the cup. “I spoke with two staff, both were very pleasant. What’s my beef? I’m a vegetarian and I order the veggie sub. I guess there are standard alottments per item, right? People who don’t eat meats get really hungry also. The sub is basically sandwhich toppings on a roll; I not sure I’d call it a salad w bread. I didn’t even request cheese. When the staff member completed the sub, I was asked if I wanted anything else. I looked at it and saw right off that the lettuce didn’t even go from end to end. This is a common event at sub shops. The content of the sandwhich needs to be fairly equal along the length of the sub. Who wants to finish a sub with clean hands holding a nub of dry bread?! I requested a bit more lettuce. For a sub that has no protein, please pile on the lettuce for substance eventhough it’s mostly water. Anyone should feel satiated after a 12” sub. This thing was an appetizer! For an $8 sandwhich which is mostly lettuce and then precise amounts of toppings- what can that cost? Maybe $2. I know about overhead and $8 isn’t too much these days for a 12” sub. Make it a thing a person would come back for. It was supposed to be my lunch and dinner bc I expected to be full afterward. I ate that an hour ago and I’m wishing I had something for dinner. My bad?Maybe. Sub sandwhiches should be overflowing and a mess. I got a tea sandwhich to sit with the ghost of the Queen. Next!“

“Food is always prepared correctly. I mostly get delivery from here and the food is consistently correct and neatly made (I can't say so for another one in the area lol). They normally even label sandwiches which is great when you are getting several. Kudos to the team here“

“I was gonna give this place 4 stars but this cheesesteak I got today was awesome! I came here yesterday and bought a gyro which was pretty good, but he handed me the sauce in a souffle cup and I could only scoop it on the top of the gyro instead of the sauce being throughout. But today I figured I go back, since I'm in town for the week at a construction site down the road. I'm so glad I did, I'm stuffed and satisfied. Really great toasted bread and steak was seasoned and chopped like I like. Great job guys!“
