“Service at the front was not very friendly, we clearly had the wrong idea about the place and they made it clear we were not welcomed, brought our kids for lunch and was ready to enjoy an hour or so to the beach and that is not what you can do. We cannot bring kids water bottles, or bring a back pack, party needs to be together or they won’t seat you (even if the place is empty). Service inside was very friendly but they often forgot about us not sure how it goes when busy. Food was good, they have a little tiny beach access, for touching the water but not staying long.“

The food is solid, nothing fancy, but it hits the spot when you have been out on the water and need something hearty with a cold drink. Service is standard, friendly enough, no frills, and the atmosphere leans more neighborhood dive than Italian trattoria. But honestly, that is part of its charm. You come here for comfort food, not candlelight, and on that front Romas delivers. A steady four-star stop for sailors in need of pizza, beer, and a good laugh. 🍕⚓“
