“Wow! Staff is excellent! Food was really excellent!! We got a second bowl of chips and dips and not even 5 minutes later our food was out. I had Pollo Jalisco. You have already seen what I said about the food, excellent! Flan was the best I’ve ever had! I never got below a half cup of sweet tea. The staff was right there before we needed to even ask for anything. All told we were done eating chips, drinks, and our entrees in 35 minutes. So we decided to get dessert. Still under an hour for a family of 4 and the price was also good for food and dessert in these times! They will be getting more business from us!”

“STB has the best smash burger I have ever eaten. Everything is consistently hot and toppings are fresh. Our grandson loves the hot dogs and both styles of lobster rolls are delicious. Friendly service too. Lobster rolls make me feel like I’m on vacation. You should stop in and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Amy Denney Urbanna”

“Went out to dinner to Something Different in Urbanna I just want to let the parents of the young lady who works in there named Lindsey know that their daughter is amazing. She knows her job very well there and she is a wonderful waitress. There was not a time that our drinks were empty and everything was on time ! Excellent service! “My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at the Hope & Glory! The accommodations were beautiful and charming. We especially loved the flowers in the garden. The Inn was quiet and peaceful. The pool was perfect. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff is incredible and we could tell they put a lot of heart into making sure their guests have a welcoming and special stay. They make you feel right at home. We will spread the word and sure hope to be back again! Thank you!!”

“Have lived in the northern neck for four years and have wanted to go to this restaurant, but just never have. We love Chinese food and this experience was wonderful my son who’s been to over 100 Chinese restaurants around America said this was his favorite.\n\nCoconut shrimp that my 90-year-old mother ate she loved. I am a snob when it comes to sesame chicken and it was the best.”

“Rocket Billy's never let's me down. Prices are great and the food is 10x better than your standard fast food. My go to is the black and blue burger or chicken philly for a solid lunch option! Don't skip on them!”

“I love the office. Their new remodel is fabulous. Our server was super. The food I selected, though, was really not very good. I had steamed dumplings and they were dried out. Then I had the French onion soup. The soup was yummy but croutons and the selection of cheese didn't add to the dish. Swiss cheese and a slice of French bread would have made it much more authentic.”

“Wonderful experience! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by all of the flavors, the wine, and the service. We started waking up our palettes with the Bao buns served with smoked maitake butter and the clams…so yummy (we could have picked it up and drank the whole thing of broth). We then shared a cup of the maitake mushroom soup, another amazing choice. As if we weren’t full on those flavors, we ordered our entrees. My husband had the bratwurst and I had the homemade lamb and gnocchi dish…wow! Our wine selection went great with all of the dishes. I had their wine selection of the day, a sparkling dry German wine with hints of raspberry and strawberry. We highly recommend Adrift for both the food and the service!”

“Shared lunch this week with a few friends and we all loved everything we ordered. The grilled chicken Caesar salad looked really good and the Club sandwich was delicious. Brought home some crab dip that was really good. Will definitely be visiting again next time we are in Kilmarnock!”

“We went here for dinner in mid-October and enjoyed our meal. At this point in the year it wasn't packed, but there were several other parties. Overall, it had a good atmosphere.

I had the crab cake, which was quite tasty and packed with crab, as expected. The sides were also very good.

We also had a shareable plate of fried oysters, which I recommend if they're something you'd like.

Service was great, very friendly and attentive, but not overly so.”
