“First let me start by saying I don’t leave reviews. So when I tell you the customer experience at this place was awesome, it was amazing. I’m a big customer service person and the way the lady taking the orders de-escalated a customer situation left me in awe. The food left me even more impressed. “Enroute back to Savannah, GA, my son and I stopped here because IHop is one of my son's favorite spots. They were having issues with their system, but still maintained their professionalism. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She made sure our orders were correct. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and my son had the kids silver dollar pancakes. Before I could even ask for a refill, she already was bringing a new glass with our drink. Great spot and excellent service. What more could you want.“
