“My daughter and I stopped at the food truck for hot chocolate and coffee. Both were fantastic, but what really impressed me is that when my daughter expressed curiosity about the inside of the truck, the owner let us peek in the back door and talked us through all the different parts of the truck! That kind of kindness is what really makes a small business special.“

“My wife insisted we order our wedding cake from here after she got her first wedding cake from here a decade earlier. Everyone at the wedding raved about the cake. Despite being a big cake lover, my wife and I were too busy to have more than a bite of the cake at the wedding. I mentioned it to the owner afterwards while mentioning how the guests loved the cake and she offered to make us cupcakes in the same flavor afterwards. It was so kind and genuinely human.“

“My work ordered the individual cheesecakes and they were incredible. In fact, as soon as I finished eating mine I hopped on here to leave a review. I had the banana cream cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I've ever had. The flavor and texture were so rich without being too heavy. We were also able to get gluten free cakes which helped immensely in accommodating the dietary needs of everyone in our office.

Delivery was on time and they were super polite and considerate. The cakes came packaged very nicely and with neat labelling. But even if they had dropped it off late in a plastic bag while cussing me out, I'd still tell you to buy from them because the cakes were that good. You won't regret your order!!“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.

UPDATE: Gave this location another try and was pleasantly surprised with an improved service and cleanliness of the place so I am updating my review rating. Please keep it up for your customers.“

“I brought my entire family here for Thanksgiving, and I'd like to give a big shoutout to the cashier up front that day, Jair. Despite our large order for my entire family of seven persons. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. He provided us numerous ideas for my aunt, who is gluten-free and was unsure what to order. He went above and beyond his obligations as a Cashier, informing me that I had awards on my app that I was unaware of. If Jair is reading this, thank you for all of your hard work young lad.........“
