“NOT good customer service at all. Amanda, the owner, was extremely rude and entitled - very hard to deal with. She acted like the world revolved around her and I felt rushed. I have seen this written about her in other reviews as well which leads to believe this is a common trait in how they treat their customers. Would not recommend this place.“

“Everything looked delicious. The person who waited on me really took the time to explain anything I asked about and their willingness to fulfill any specific requests.

I used restraint and only walked out with a canolli. The canolli shell was delicious. The consistency of the filling wasn't great and did not have much flavor. This would not stop me from trying something else at another time though.“

“My work ordered the individual cheesecakes and they were incredible. In fact, as soon as I finished eating mine I hopped on here to leave a review. I had the banana cream cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I've ever had. The flavor and texture were so rich without being too heavy. We were also able to get gluten free cakes which helped immensely in accommodating the dietary needs of everyone in our office.

Delivery was on time and they were super polite and considerate. The cakes came packaged very nicely and with neat labelling. But even if they had dropped it off late in a plastic bag while cussing me out, I'd still tell you to buy from them because the cakes were that good. You won't regret your order!!“

He was extremely friendly and patient with us. He provided us numerous ideas for my aunt, who is gluten-free and was unsure what to order. He went above and beyond his obligations as a Cashier, informing me that I had awards on my app that I was unaware of. “I would definitely recommend this bakery! We had a delicious tres leches cake for our bridal shower fiesta and everyone wanted to know where it was from. It was almost too beautiful to eat! The bakery is full of yummy treats, and the staff is also very friendly and helpful.“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.

“It’s been like 7 yrs since my last purchase. The reason was the cinnamon they put in between the dough was kinda slimy to eat and it doesn’t taste as I was before after I stop eating Cinnabon. Today because I hv T-Mobile promo I said why not it’s bogo so I went to manassas branch and bought 2 Cinnabon pecan, went home and taste it. I was hesitant to eat it because of the experience I had b4 7 yrs ago. But alas its was different! It taste like the way it want it. 8 yrs ago. Day after I went back and ordered again but this the classic one. Well I tell you I’m back to buying again Cinnabon. I don’t know what happened 7 yrs ago. But this time it was tasty delicious and it’s good with espresso of course.I returned and bought another Cinnabon, this time with photo. My third in one week.“
