“This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been to. I have been to Thailand, and I can honestly say that the food is genuinely authentic. The owners are amazing people, they are friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to eat.
The food is incredible, too. It definitely has that authentic Thai flavor.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough.“

“I just want to thank Kenzie for her outstanding customer service. What started as a misunderstanding on my part turned into an unforgettable moment of true hospitality because of her.
When I came in, I ordered the Buy One Entrée, Get a Kid’s Entrée Free offer, not realizing that the child had to be present to redeem it. I was feeling pretty frustrated—I have three kids to feed and hadn’t brought them with me. After seeing my frustration, Kenzie took it upon herself to honor the deal anyway and did so with the friendliest, most compassionate service I could have hoped for.
Thank you, Kenzie, for going above and beyond and turning a challenging situation into a genuinely positive experience. This is the kind of hospitality that keeps customers coming back.“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.
UPDATE: Gave this location another try and was pleasantly surprised with an improved service and cleanliness of the place so I am updating my review rating. Please keep it up for your customers.“

“Nice visit. I went to the new location with a drive-thru. The order process is relatively the same as if you walked in and ordered at the counter. Ordering was easy. Paid at the pickup window then waited for my order to be prepared. The cashier was polite and professional. I really like the drive thru. Its fast and convenient.“
