“I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. I stayed in the Adams room at the schoolhouse building. The room was beautiful extremely well appointed. The customer service has been absolutely excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was phenomenal. Great menu and great wine list. I will definitely return. I’ve been visiting the Middleburg area for many years and this is my first time staying or dining at the Ashby, I’m so glad I have discovered it.“

“Love the atmosphere and the food. I came in by myself without reservations. The host at the front went out of his way to find me a table but none were available and a 45 minute wait. Finally a seat at the bar opened and he asked me if I minded sitting there, I said no problem. The bar tender who waited on me was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Great service and checked on me frequently. I highly recommend this place! I had Fish and Chips snd Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. That was soo good.“

“Great place to hang out in the morning and have a good smoothie. The staff are amazing and I am gonna drop one morning when they open up to spend the morning in style. I live close by them so I get the chance to walk over there.“

“We were celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary and specifically chose the Gold Cup Wine Bar. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. However, it was the Class A Service from our Server, Cayden who made us feel special!! Cayden went out of his way to be kind and to make us feel valued and appreciated!! He made our night! Thank you, Cayden!“
