“Hands down to Samantha Martin & David Betanzo (hope I spelled Davids Name right) But I just want to say these two will go out of their way to make sure their customer are happy with their purchase. They also get to know their regular customers and will actually call you by your name and always know exactly how you order your drinks... Don't find this in many places her in Martinsville that actually care about the customers. They Need a Above and Beyond Award. “My very tired elderly older sister and I came through the drive-thru after a horrendous day in the heat and many many hours of being on the road and came through the drive-thru in ordered some coffee cuz we so needed some coffee and my sister was a little bit more snappy than I was and chick flying disorder a shocked the cashier order filler but I guess you realize that she was a bit tired he was kind of showing on her face and so he handled it beautifully wasn't a problem he just kept a smile on his face the confused looking his eyes but a smile on his face and dealt with us expertly I would recommend this place to anybody“

“This place has gotten so much better than I remember it being. I have been here countless times and remember slow waits, terrible food, abysmal staff and an unclean atmosphere. I can safely say it is much better here at first glance. Food was extremely hot and good, the staff were super pleasant and the place was spic and span!

“My review goes to the customers who constantly belittle this place for the wait times. Are you going to wait at this location? Yes, even if you place a mobile order on a Friday morning during the summer in Mount Airy that’s a common tourist attraction. They are a pretty busy location, but the staff is great and they try their best. If you’re gonna be in a hurry, I suggest not going to this location because you will wait sometimes. It’s just reality. Just go elsewhere to get coffee. They are not the only place! The employees don’t deserve the constant attitude because you did not leave the house on time for work today. I’ve waited over 35 mins before and I have not complained once. I have worked fast food and Starbucks so I totally understand things happen. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I’ve been in some where they had serious attitude problems and there was always constant mistakes. This place has made a few mistakes with me before but always makes it right after and I go on about my day. They are human. It’s gonna happen. Keep up the good work guys. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the familiar aroma of coffee beans and the friendly faces of baristas who seem genuinely excited to be there. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely afternoon with a good book.

I tried the classic Caramel Macchiato, and let's just say, it was a latte love at first sip. The balance of sweet and bitter was spot on, and the foam was so fluffy, I could have eaten it by the spoonful. The food options are also top-notch, from the usual suspects like pastries and breakfast sandwiches to healthier choices like salads and fruit cups.
