I have been going to Panda Express for a long time, but this specific location at Tyson had a very bad customer service. I ordered a honey walnut shrimp, and asked the waiter multiple times if I could get it. She kept saying she would get it, but never did. I then went to the register to ask for it, where they directed me back to the waiter and she still didn’t get it for me. I ultimately walked out after getting my order but the overall experience was really upsetting
Terrible customer service. When the option ran out, their 5 minutes end up 15 minutes and no one get it for me until i reminding several times.
