“I ordered a breakfast bagel deal through the app ($3) 9:45am on a Thursday. I only go to McDonald’s for the breakfast sandwiches. Ok. The breakfast bagel was fine. Seeing the bad reviews about how long it takes to prepare food I waited in my truck, not an issue. But I will give it a -1 star;

-1 star: I said thanks and both the man and the woman just looked at me. I know it’s probably a dumb reason to give a -1 star but it just doesn’t feel human when I catch them talking to each other smiling but then they stare at me with a blank face when I say “thanks” . If you’re reading this for some reason you know the world has only gotten darker and more evil over time. I just wish the human element is still there. Not even using profanity right now in expressing myself, just honest. I want to see more humanity in people“

“after sitting in line for over 25 minutes to get food through your drive-thru in Abingdon Virginia I wouldn't recommend going there at all and it was not a lack of employees with three in the kitchen and two working in the front“

“Food great for this Arby's I thought and I also thought that is was fresher than the last Arby's I had eaten at. The store was very clean inside and out and it seemed very organized and we'll keep. Now as far as the employees I thought that the ones that were working and trying to make sure the orders were taken care of and customer upfront where taken care of quickly and with friendly service but as far as the ones that were just seeming like we were a problem because they had to work and make our food and wait on us well I think that someone as far as in management might orta retrain these people or but them on some type of point system because there were 5 employees that we counted not doing anything but standing around cussing in front of us the whole time. Yelling playing load music and talking about things that very inappropriate in front of us customers and other ones thinking I guess we couldn't hear them in the dinning room or they didn't care one. When the other staff that they had working were killing themselves and I mean literally were having to run around them because they would just be slumping over on the counter in the back where food is suppose to be made and the other workers having to try and work around that kind of bad behavior. That makes customers not want to come back and the good employees want to quit and find another job in all.“

Also, fries must be dipped in chocolate frosty. If you do not do this, a high desert wendigo will be summoned to haunt your dreams.“

“I was in there the other night picking up an ice cream cake and felt tempted by the food so I brought some home. It was better than expected, much better than it used to be a few years ago. Normally I just go for the ice cream cakes. Keep up the good work!“

“Ordered my sub online, got home and realized it was made with steak and not chicken like I ordered. I called and spoke with the lady that made it. She was super nice and apologetic! The staff let me come back and pick up the correct sub the next day (my request to pick up next day). Still giving 5 stars, even though my sub wasn't correct the 1st time because the staff were awesome, took accountability for the mistake, and fixed it.“

“I find all Bojangles are not as consistent as others.
Trigg Enterprise Restaurants in Tricities TN are very consistent..
I customizing is a little difficult. Dirty Rice and beans together is not on the menu... When ordering, it can be confusing...
This combination is great! But separate and mix.
Getting a grilled chicken breast with brown beans and dirty rice as a meal should be on rhe menu.“
