The staff are always nice, they're quick to offer to replace or comp an order not made correctly; especially if you call and calmly relay an issue with an order. My wife has enjoyed this location for nearly a decade and introduced me to it a few years back. We look forward to our next visit!“

“We stopped by to buy 2 1/2 dozen donuts for the Massey Cancer Center for the radiology staff. Tomorrow is our last day of scheduled radiation treatments. The Krispy Kreme staff was outstanding on the speed of filling our order of HOT donut order. I love this place. (We had some hot donuts for us too.)“

“Store was clean. Food was as expected as any other Dunkin in this area. However, this review is not about the store or the food. It’s about an employee that was seemingly runnin the drive through cooking making drinks and checking the front counter by herself. She may not have been alone but she was rocking it as if she was. She was so polite and still made things promptly despite handling it all. To the manager, I would appreciate a follow up, To Brandi with an I, keep doing your thing.
