“I avoided Five Guys for a while because their pricing was outrageous for fast food. At one point a little cheeseburger and little fries was close to $20 after tax. However the $12.99 combo meal has brought me back.

Excellent burgers and my absolute favorite fries anywhere.

The service is always on point and food comes out fast and fresh.

Only reason for four stars instead of five is because I don't like being asked to tip for counter service. There is absolutely no reason why I should be asked to pay $2-3 for someone to spend 20 seconds pressing buttons on a screen. Ridiculous!“

“This place was awesome when it first opened. Since it opened it has had an issue with its drink service. Their coke machine is always out of service. Plus when you get your drink you have to figure out which drink is yours and the server doesn't even know which drink is yours. Their French fries are now tasing a little cardboardy.“

“I came here with my daughter today, I don't usually frequent this location but we happened to be in the area. I have been wanting to try the SpongeBob meal and after 3 attempts at other locations, I finally found it here. The gentlemen that took my order was nice and professional, our food was well put together and hot and the lobby was clean. It was quiet and we enjoyed a little break for a bite to eat. Kudos to the staff working today 12/27/25 @ 11:30am!“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! The staff is beyond amazing, kind, and just plain out wonderful! Thank y’all so much for making this happen!“

But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

The manager and staff did an amazing job seating us together and serving our large crowd during a traditionally busy time (Sunday 1pm). The servers were great and well organized, and the manager also checked on us several times.“

“This is possibly the only McDonald's in Virginia that always gets my order CORRECT in the drive-thru. No rating for the atmosphere because I never go inside. Sausage McMuffin, Chicken nuggets, and fries are family favorites. Iced coffee made to order in the mornings way cheaper than a starbucks.“

“Beth in the drive through is great. She made my little boys day by giving him a crown. She is always so friendly each time we come. Our guy doesn't eat much but when he's hungry he asks for a cheeseburger. Picture in comments :)“
