“I have been coming here since I was 16, I’m 33 now. This is the ONLY place I will eat general Tso chicken. I have tried it in many places, none make it like here. They are a family owned business and literally the best in business. Everytime I think “oh they probably forgot me”, she always asks how my sister is and reminds me she knows exactly who I am!!! I use to order sooo much from the during my pregnancy that they know my neighborhood and even use to do special treatment with my drinks. Love love love this place. 100000/10“

“Went during a weekday lunch, very pretty decor and quiet atmosphere. Full drink menu was available, not just beer and wine. Started off with a hot and sour soup appetizer, which was flavorful and full of ingredients. For an entrée I ordered the happy family- beef, chicken, shrimp and scallops in brown sauce, with a side of fried rice. A huge heaping portion that I couldn't finish all of, and super delicious. The only two knocks for the meal were the rice- it wasn't exactly fried and just tasted like white rice that had been tossed in soy sauce or something? Still tasted fine, just wasn't really fried. The other thing being one of the scallops in the meal wasn't properly cleaned so it had gritty sand/ pebbles or something attached to it still. No big deal, it didn't ruin the rest of the food, I just avoided eating that one. It happens.My server was super attentive and sweet, food and drinks both came out quickly. Overall a great dining experience.“

“We had such a wonderful meal at Fortune Bowl! I had the hot and sour soup and the Hunan chicken, and both were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. My husband had the lo mein, which he loved as well. Everything tasted so fresh and authentic. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. We dined in but many were coming for carry out. Highly recommend!“

“The food was amazing. Fresh fried noodles, wonton soup, Double cooked pork, garlic pork. Here's the thing almost no restraunts in my experience make Double cooked (twice cooked) pork properly. I'm about to be 50. For over 30 years I have ordered this dish from nearly every restaurant trying to get what I remembered having in CT in the 90s from a local spot.

Most use slab roast pork from what seem like days prior. Small ribbons of cabbage.
This cabbage is large soft pieces almost velvety , garlicy spicy sauce, and most importantly the pork is fresh, succulent similar to the best moo shu. No description on the menu. You'd never know.

I look foward to the 40 minute drive from Crewe. This place is a hidden treasure off the main roads. Nestled in a community.

“Had never been here before but the manager or owner Michael came and explained the menu and options and pricing, He let me try food options and it was so good and fresh!! “Best Chinese food in the area. Ignore all of these negative reviews clearly written by the same person. If you don't like the people working there then order online like a normal person (we have not had any issues with the staff). The food is always delicious and it's reasonably priced.“
