“This Chick is my FAVE!! The employees are some nice and welcoming. They never make me feel as though they don't want to be there or that I am a bother. They ALWAYS try to accommodate my orders even when I order fries and / or salad during breakfast hours. Other stores just say "we don't do that."

“This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. I’ll come back.“

“I never thought the chicken finger idea was going to make as much waves as it did. I've frequent this location mainly due to working late hours they are still open. I can still get dinner and feel good before I lay down for bed. My favorite and only item I order is the Caniac Meal. Its just the right chicken amount although they cut back on the amount but still does the job. At times, the later you go the slower the service but you can't complain. Fresh food is not fast but cooked to order so I can enjoy it when I get home. I told my parents about it. They shrugged me off and said I dont like it. Now they frequent the location as they realized you get a good deal on the combo meals that are right just for what you need. Any problems in the past especially large orders, they fix it with a smile and what keeps me coming back is customer service. You will enjoy the chain. Make sure to let us know what you like as every day isn't perfect but that means the company is just fixing whatever they find broken doesn't make them bad at all!“

“Jack at the register and Rashawn at the windows were extremely polite and friendly. They made the drive-through experience great and helped to move a very long line, exceptionally quickly.

I visit this establishment 3–4 times a month, and it never disappoints. The customer service is superb—the staff is always friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts is being able to create your own pizza. I usually go for the vegetarian, while my partner adds meat to his. It’s great to have that flexibility.

The ingredients are always fresh, and I love watching them make my pizza right in front of me. They also offer a rewards program, and I’ve earned plenty of points. Plus, they frequently have coupons and military discounts, which is a big plus for me.

The salads are fresh and flavorful, making it a great all-around meal option. Honestly, this is the only pizza I’ll eat—it’s that good. I highly recommend this place, especially for those nights when you don’t feel like cooking.“

“My son doesn’t eat cake, but loves ice cream! For his 16th birthday he wanted a Star Wars ice cream cake. We searched all over to find out Dairy Queen has them. So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! But the delivery service was okay but could’ve been better, they forgot my drink once but I didn’t make a fuss since I had some tea in my pantry! Dairy Queen is on my top list for favorite fast food restaurants, they take the medal for me with the ice cream variety and textures!“

“You get a a large quantity of fries, even in a small size... come hungry! I’m not a burger lover , tend to order the hot dog. The menu is a la cart, yet, one can get as many toppings as they want for little to no charge. I did a curbside pickup order today for the first time today and it was also the first time I had ever used Google pay. The experience was smooth. One suggestion I would make would be to double up on the number of parking spots for curbside pickup. The fries were nice and warm! 😀“

“This is a very honest review, I felt that I absolutely needed to make a review on this Mcdonalds. This is the best one I have ever been too and I have been to different one in and out of state. Not only is the food always hot, but the staff is also very professional, very polite, the food is always correct, the machines are always up and running. I really can't say enough about this establishment. If I could give it 10 stars I would absolutely. I also said this statement to the manager in charge at the drive through window because I was not sure if he knew how great this location is. And the wait is literally none.“

“I can’t say enough great things about the Popeyes near Salisbury next to Publix! Camara, the manager, runs an exceptional store. I pass by other Popeyes locations just to come to this one, and it’s worth every extra mile! The restaurant is always spotless, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. Camara and her team have truly set the standard—honestly, we wish all Popeyes locations could be as amazing as this one! ???“

“I went to have breakfast and although the drive-thru line was long as well as the line inside, I decided to go inside and sit. The manager was motivating the staff and was patient with the customers. It took a while but he apologized to each customer. He remained calm and set the tone for the staff to remain calm as well. Such a great quality to have in a supervisor. I think the supervisor's name is Terry but I could be wrong. Good job sir!“

“Ordered a family meal while in the Kroger parking lot. Even though the place was really busy - By the time I got to Panda it was ready (5 minutes max). This is fast and I appreciate that! I was prepared to wait a while. Food is pretty good too!“

“The majority of the time the food is hot. Service is always faster than other locations! The atmosphere is renovated always clean tables and seasonal decor. I've only encountered one rude drive through associate and that was because I had a Trump hat! My politics aside, the location associates almost always acknowledge your entrance, this may not seem of much value.. but it's what pushed me to stop by almost everyday now. The location going into Richmond had zero customer attention and dirty restrooms and nasty attitudes. So far a positive and experience here at this location.“

“Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). I recommend Five Guys (especially this location) to anyone that want a good tasting burger! Thank you, Five Guys, for making our lunch meeting a successful one.“
