“I’ve never been a regular at a restaurant before and now I see why people are. The employees and managers made it a point ton it only learn me order and how I like it, but also my name. Every time I come in there (which is almost everyday) I am greeted with smiles and kindness no matter the time of day. I’m a simple person and pizza is my comfort food, but I order even more often because of the service.“

“Please be patient with this location. They're receiving their regular customers and from the closed location area. You get more by being kind than you do screaming, yelling and cussing. If you don't like their service, go somewhere else.
I'm grateful to be able to still get my pizza from them although I have to travel further than I like. However, I'll still support because newport news uptown is losing a lot of good places.“
“We do delivery only. The food never disappoints, but the drivers never pay attention to the instructions in the app. We ask them to leave the food at our door, and they always stand there until we answer. That will always be my only complaint. Everything else is good.“
