“WOW is right!! I am a first-time customer and ultimately ordered a dozen construction-themed cookies for my son's 3rd birthday party. Melissa messaged me back straight away and offered two different cookie options -- screen-printed vs hand-cut with pricing. I sent her a link to the party decorations I bought, and she was able to create AMAZING screen-printed cookies using images from a digital invitation. Melissa answered all of my questions thoroughly, particularly about how long the cookies would stay fresh, and provided tons of advice about how to display the cookies and how to best freeze them if we wanted to keep a couple for after the party. I am not exaggerating when I say these are the thickest, most delicious sugar cookies I have ever tasted. My husband and I sampled one after pick-up, and they are truly out-of-this-world good! Melissa has absolutely gained a customer for life, and I cannot wait to work with her again.“

I used restraint and only walked out with a canolli. The canolli shell was delicious. The consistency of the filling wasn't great and did not have much flavor. This would not stop me from trying something else at another time though.“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.

UPDATE: Gave this location another try and was pleasantly surprised with an improved service and cleanliness of the place so I am updating my review rating. Please keep it up for your customers.“

“I would definitely recommend this bakery! We had a delicious tres leches cake for our bridal shower fiesta and everyone wanted to know where it was from. It was almost too beautiful to eat! The bakery is full of yummy treats, and the staff is also very friendly and helpful.“
