“This is just a Subway and with that said, this is also one of the most consistent, well managed, and clean fast food resturants I have ever been to. The owners and staff are fantastic and do an amazing job running this location.

Working in downtown Norfolk, I am very thankful to have them for a quick and affordable meal option.“

“I’ve had some really bad experiences at this subway, but I was in there the other day and that’s why I’m here today making this review. I actually stopped going in there because the customer service was trash and I hate to say that because there’s a lot of good folks working there I’m sure, but it just seems like lack of training but anyway I had no choice. I had to eat there the other day. I didn’t feel like going anywhere else and it was the closest place expecting to have another terrible experience. I was greatly surprised there’s a young lady working in there that I’ve never seen before I couldn’t believe how polite she greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door she even said welcome to Subway, which was very unusual because that had never happened there before there was a few people in line and I couldn’t believe how helpful she was answering questions. They were asking her so when it was my time, I told the young lady what I wanted, she made my sandwich and I realized that I may have told her wrong. So I asked her could she remake the sandwich? She actually smiled at me and said absolutely sir. It’s not a problem. Let’s start over fresh I couldn’t believe it if this would’ve happened before they would’ve been pissed this was actually a sandwich for my wife, so I wanted to make sure it was dead on what she wants so we backed up and started it over. She was super generous. I kept telling her I was sorry that this was my fault and she said absolutely not. Don’t worry about it. We are here to help and to serve you the best that we can.WOWOWOW. So she faked my sandwich. She actually checked me out as well, and I asked her what her name was that I was going to talk to a manager to let them know that they made the right decision by hiring this young lady this place could be so much better if all of their customer service was like this I really could not believe it and I will be back. It was a very good experience. I believe the girls’s name was HAVEN. She couldn’t have been there long or if she has been, I’ve just never seen her, but that’s the kind of service you want polite kind willing to just smile and make sure her customers were happy and satisfied I’ve told three or four friends about it. They’re gonna start going in there as well and they have stopped going there because of the customer service as well. I really hope she sticks around. She could make a great addition to the higher up subway management that’s how you’re supposed to run a restaurant“

“I had the most great experience at this Subway.The staff was awesome. They provided me and my mom with great customer service.She's an older lady and a handful. And they were very patient with her as she placed her order.They made her happy and that's a plus in my book!“

“One of our SPECIAL joints for a takeout meal. Service and meal options are ALWAYS on time. The staff greets us in the most friendly manner EVERY time we visit!!! It is like coming home!!! We make it one of our FAVORITE destinations for a sub or bowl meal.“

Parking: This subway is located in a shopping center so all you have to do is ride around a few times somebody will pop out and you can fit right in May not be the closest to the store but it's still close enough to walk

“Made an awesome sandwich…I’d love to tip, but talking to someone on your earbud so you can’t hear what I’m saying and making me repeat myself is just poor customer service. Learn good customer service and polite personal skills and you’ll be far more successful in life and your wallet won’t hurt either.“

“I was placing my order and a man walked up behind me, like I belong to him. He had totally invaded my space and before I could say something, the young lady behind the counter said "excuse me are you with her?" In which the man replied No I'm sorry I am all up in her space, and he backed away. She was not rude to him, she just let him know that he was too close. I did not get her name. However, I gave her a tip and quick smile to her to let her know I appreciated what she did. She was a thin white lady with a black hat on and glasses. Kudos to her observing what was going on in the line.“
