“My family and me are always happy with the food we get from here. We used to always get it for pick up, but we have recently been going to the restaurant to dine in. Always good service and good food. Good variety of dishes. A great family owned business.“

“Went here Sunday, a little after 6 pm. No wait to be seated and the restaurant wasn’t very packed at all. Waitress was attentive and friendly.

Decided to try their Chicken bacon ranch nachos (6/10) the cheese was overcooked and congealed; not fresh and melty at all. Really didn’t care for the flavors as “nachos”; was overall lacking. Had an order of mozzarella sticks for the table (8/10), maybe the batter was off or something, but they didn’t taste too great like they usually do, to me. For drinks, I tried the two wicked themed margaritas (10/10) I loved the flavors of both drinks; they both come with super cute drink stirrers also!

Total $32 spent on my food and drinks.

I’d return to this location in the future.

“I’ll admit it — I used to be a true-hearted Chipotle person. Fully loyal. No question about it. But after my experience today at Moe’s in downtown Norfolk, that chapter is officially closed.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, upbeat, and fun. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generous, but what completely won me over was the amazing service from Leslie — the phenomenal server with the puppy paw tattoo. When I jokingly told her I was a die-hard Chipotle fan, she smirked and said, “We don’t say the ‘C’ word here,” and that moment alone set the tone for an unforgettable experience. ( That SO needs to go on a t-shirt).
Leslie’s energy, humor, and genuine care instantly changed my mindset. She made the experience feel personal, fun, and welcoming — not just another fast-casual stop. Between her outstanding service and the quality of the food, I realized I didn’t miss Chipotle at all.
Moe’s has officially earned my loyalty. From now on, this is where my business is going. Exceptional food, phenomenal service, and people like Leslie who make you actually want to come back — that’s how you win customers for life.“

“Just because I gave only 1 reason why i should recommended this place is because its in my neighborhood. The person that put the food together should be more patient and explain the procedure a little nicer and be more patient for people whose first time customer. And the food quantity isn’t much for a big bowl. But I’ll give another chance if ever I’m in the market. Nothing large about that “large portion”“

“Do not order from this location. We placed an order for delivery through doordash. Our order arrived 20 minutes late and a good portion of our order was missing. I called the Moes location, and they admitted they forgot to give the rest of the order to doordash. But, they did not contact doordash, they did not contact me, they just threw the rest of the order out. The manager told me they do not offer refunds because it was ordered through a 3rd party. I said, it was not, it was ordered through the Moes website. She said, well, I have to contact doordash for a refund. The worst part of this... not that they screwed up the order, it was the fact they didn't even care. Didn't care enough to contact doordash to pick up the rest of the order, didn't care enough to contact me; didn't even care enough to ty to make it right. They actually asked me if I was willing to come pick up the rest of the order after they knew they already threw it out. Completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but it will be the last. Do not order from this location.“

“A step up from Taco Bell and Del Taco, better than Moe’s, almost there with Chipotle. I had the mesquite steak and traditional ground beef tacos. Both super flavorful. Nice add-one including cilantro, which Chipotle’s usually refuses to put on tacos. My wife had the mesquite chicken bowl. She wasn’t crazy about the rice, and perhaps the sauce she chose. Wish they had a more red saucy sauce for the chips—pico doesn’t really dress a chip well. But will definitely be back! Will try a burrito next time!“

“First I want to say those mozzarella sticks….Nashville Hot, delish! Our waiter was wonderful, and attentive. However, I was on a girls night with my daughter to see Wicked. We came for colorful drinks and bonding time. We were rocking our Wicked attire, excited to see the new movie and spend time together. As we walked in a young lady at the hostess station shook her head and said “ridiculous”. Another young lady told her stop. Ma’am you put a damper on our experience. When working customer service please keep your opinions to yourself, wrong or not. Kids grow so fast, and being a busy working mom with a good, hardworking young adult daughter, these times are precious. I was so taken back and shocked that I didn’t even hear the hostess tell us the wait time. I just couldn’t believe what I just experienced.“

“Today we visited Chilis to celebrate our grandma’s birthday. The restaurant was busy for 2:45 on a Saturday but wasn’t a problem. Our waiter was good. The woman who brought the food out was so kind and overheard that my grandma’s steak was overdone. Not 10 minutes later she brings her a whole new meal with a much better steak. She went above and beyond and it made our experience a lot better. Thank you! She didn’t have a name tag otherwise I’d mention her name.“

“Lexi was PHENOMENAL. She was a tenter, she was pleasant, and most of all knowledgeable. Lexi helped me choose items that made my girls happy. Lexi also catered to my taste as I am a hard person to order for. She made my life with her nacho selection made perfectly. She was SUPERWOMAN, a one lady army, working both the food, front line, and register. She made the whole thing appear seamless and still provided a beautiful smile along with outstanding customer service. Thank you Lexi, I will be back because of the experience with you today. “We came here a lot when I was younger and living in Great Bridge. We were in the area again yesterday and decided to eat dinner here.

The service was great; the employee that made our food was pleasant and decently fast.

The food was good as well. My parents got nachos, which they enjoyed. I got a burrito, which was pretty good, but I found that the ingredients were not mixed very well in the burrito. I didn't get much of the meat until the second half of the burrito, and certain ingredients seemed pushed towards one part of the burrito, leaving very little of that ingredient in the other parts.

Overall, the experience was certainly not bad. If you like Moe's, you probably won't have a problem with this location.“
