Wendy's in Norfolk

“The food here was fresh and hot the employees were polite and timely and the store was clean

Vegetarian options: They have baked potatoes and seasoned breakfast potatoes and fresh biscuits and cinnamon bun pull aparts and french toast sticks if your okay with eggs and eggs are all fried eggs cooked on a different grill from the pork sausage and of course they have like 8 different salads for lunch

Kid-friendliness: There's plenty of space for kids with low enough seating

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access and rails in the bathroom next to toilet“

“Food was hot and fresh. Clean inside. Service was quick, greated by a friendly shift manager who took my order.
Only issue I saw was the counter employee texting on her phone all the time. How about stocking or cleaning the tables and floor in the dinning room. Your not paid to text. But thats the managers discretion.“

“I must go at the right time of day always because my food is always cooked fresh and everything is always perfect. The two young ladies that work the window in the morning are amazing and they greet you and say how is your day going etc instead of some of these places just open the window expecting you to hand them the money and then they just hand you the food without saying anything“

“Stopped in for a burger while I was in town. It was late and getting close to closing time. I had to place my order on a large computer screen, which is not something I'm used to, so it took me longer than expected. No problem... just order 1 item and forget the rest. I stopped in the bathroom to wash my hands and it was super clean! I really appreciate that! Overall, I had a good experience with this Wendy's!“

“I don’t know why I’m leaving a review of Wendy’s, but here I go. I went through the drive-through the woman taking my order was very clear, and she confirmed my order politely asked me to pull around and she was very polite when I was rang up Service was excellent food was excellent.. whoever was working today. Did such a good job that it got me to leave a review for a fast food restaurant lol got to give credit where credit is due I guess“

“I just want to say that my family got the best food we've ever had from here today! I don't usually post reviews but it was THAT GOOD! I even called to tell them and got a very friendly and enthusiastic thank you from their manager Sarah! I'm so glad they are finally back to being great again. “Not gonna lie, it takes a lot for me to write a review. This is probably one of the better Wendy’s experiences I’ve had in the country. They’ve probably got a good crew of folks running it right now. Done drive thru a few times, and it’s always fast, fresh, and correct.

The drive thru folks sometimes don’t sound too happy, but they are doing their jobs right. They should be proud of their work!“

“Autism mom with a son who LOVES Wendy's. We eat at a lot of Wendy's...a lot. We're in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk area this weekend for a big Special Olympics event. We walked in and we were greeted SO WARMLY. It caught me off guard with the genuine smiles and the patience with my son ordering for himself. I know when I walk in a Wendy's what we're going to get food-wise but THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being especially kind.“
